Hello guys!

I am 20..and I work at a horse stall, usually from 7am to 5pm. After travelling home, I am very exhausted and extreme tired. But.. I want to force. The problem is.. I feel very very tired and propably would sleep in while forcing.

Do you guys have tipps for me? Any?

Tulpa: Luna/Schattenlied(Shadowsong) /Whatever she wants.

Age: 20-25

Form: Pony/Elf

Sentience: Nope

Mindvoice: Nope

Work in progress: Try to force her in my mind

If anything, maybe a suggestion is that you could reformat how you want to assess this. Something like seeing the idea of creating a tulpa something to look forward that gives you this sudden rush of energy to fulfill that desire. I’m making this suggestion because like you, working at a hectic job that can be mentally and physically demanding can take a toll on you, and it’s easy to feel that any action after that with tulpas will end up in sleeping. At best, the things you’ll be doing after work will probably be passive, and depending on how you are when it comes to having values, and what’s significant to you, doing something like that may motivate you at all.

So maybe something to consider is trying to integrate thoughts of the tulpa you want to create during your job. I’m not sure on the competencies and type of disposition one needs working at a horse stall, but I presume that any waking moment where you have some free time to linger about, you could use that to enforce her into your mind, as I’m sure that’s the progress you’re at based on your signature.

It may seem like it’s hectic, and I remember another thread like this last year where someone was doing stocking stuff with machines, and had a complicated time integrating the same suggestion I mentioned, but they were doing this already without me referring to that, though. Ten hours a day working seems to really absorb a lot of time, so it’s not really surprising that this is problematic to you, but it can be done if you’re willing to gradually think of them throughout the day for a while.

Recap:

So maybe a possible assessment for you is that during the day, you do everything you can to take advantage of any moment where you can actively, or even passively think of her without your thoughts affecting your job performance. Whether it’s reveling in the concept of her, or creating some futuristic canvas of what it would be like to actually be able to talk to her, and maybe her working together with you in your job, create your own methodologies for that. Then when it’s time to go back home and all, you can get yourself used in debriefing those experiences of her.

It doesn’t have to be circumstances where you need to validate if she’s sentient, or whatever, but more of just the collective experience you’ve had catered to the desire of wanting to think about her as much as possible; whether through daydreaming, or any other method. This way, as you’re preparing to eat, sleep, and things you would do in your quotidian/daily lifestyle, you use those experiences, find your epiphanies in what you learned from them, and use that as motivation to look forward to the next day at work.

And maybe something that can add on to sustaining your thought of her, maybe you can find affirmations to say to yourself in acknowledging her. You can do this in a way where you’re not trying to expect a response from her, but setting up more of a question to them for them to reflect on their own. And whether or not they respond just depends on your personal experience in making breakthroughs with them.

You could try to force a little bit here and there throughout the day, rather than sitting down for a long session all at once. That's what I usually do.

I suppose it depends on how developed your tulpas already are, though. Passive forcing is a lot easier if they already have at least some degree of independence, so you can just strike up a conversation with them in your head or something.

Pinky is not a pony. She's an imp.

Sunray is an angel-imp. Ex is humanoid. Kael is a dragon. Magnum is a dog.

Try passive forcing while you're working. Any attention is good attention really but I would try to do a little throughout the day or when you are not so tired as the better you are feeling the more productive your forcing sessions will be.
