I have found it hard to create a new, unseen face for my tulpa and i have been told it is bad to make the form someone you have seen/known can anyone tell me how to imagine a completely new face?

Well, in our dreams our mind pulls images from life to make faces. People you've seen walking down the street could appear in your dreams years from now. Working off this principal, go to a mall or amusement park and pay attention to everyones' faces. Your mind will store them like a database so to speak and could pull them up later.

I think when we try to create a tulpa's face we just pick and choose from that database, really.

Option 1: Pick the face of an already existing being. It's only bad if you know the person's character; it's ok to use their form. So, in other words, don't use the face of anyone you really know, or have preconceptions about.

Option 2: Make a face from scratch. It's possible; it just takes a lot of effort and time to get it defined really well.

Generally you start with a base...You think this girl has a cute face, but you also think freckles are cute, so you add them..then maybe change her eye color, her hair color and curliness changes, her height changes, her nose turns up just a little bit. It becomes a mix of faces into what you want.

It's always hard to create a new face, as there are so many tiny things that make a huge difference. What I've done is start with a bunch of stuff from face threads on /s/, select one that's close to what I want, and note how it differs. This way, I have something close to a reference image.

Still being hard though.

Evan: boy, ~14, was an Eevee

Anera: anime-style girl, ~12; Lyra made her

>chupi bases his tulpa off of pornstar faces

You can make a new face while you're awake, it's only your subconscious mind that can't do it. Pick up a pencil and paper and draw something.
