Pretty much any quiz you take online for that kind of stuff is probably a heaping pile of bullshit. It just takes the list of popular symptoms, and uses it in a multiple choice (or whatever) format. The thing about any mental condition, is that it's nuanced. It's a personal thing. Those quizzes are like if you went a shrink, and they just opened a DSM and asked you a bunch of yes or no questions.

Don't pay attention to online quizzes. Sites like that are there to create content for money. If you're really worried about whether you're autistic or whatever, consider hitting up your doctor.

We're all gonna make it brah.

From the quiz itself:

This screening quiz is not designed to make a diagnosis or take the place of a professional diagnosis or consultation.

From the results:

You should not take this as a diagnosis of any sort, or a recommendation for treatment.

...

This is not meant as a diagnosis tool!

As Stevie Irons said, if you're really concerned about it, get that professional consultation. If you have difficulty getting a job, you should maybe look for help with that. If you have difficulty with relationships ... well, I think most people have difficulty with relationships up until their late 20s or so. As long as you're capable of taking care of yourself, I don't think it really matters much.
