Laach April 8, 2015 April 8, 2015 So, I'm probably really late in starting this report. I've already been through so much with her, and it would be kinda hard starting out as if nothing crazy has happened before. I mean it has happened before, It can be pretty chaotic with Savaymin around and all. So I'm probably gonna go off on a tangent over how she has affected my life in the past 3 years before getting to the present. Whether you want me to or not. And trust me, if you knew what I've been through, it would be less a question of whether or not you want to, and more of a question over whether or not it was too late to turn back. Cause this stuff is gonna get pretty interesting. If you consider cryptic as fuck interesting that is. Anyway, here's a few pictures of the devils-angel: Best depiction of savaymin X Gallary x Onto the overly cliched tragic backstory! Laach April 8, 2015 Author April 8, 2015 Oh, and before I forget. I'm gonna go over the basics of what I've experienced/learned today with Savaymin. Savaymin has the ENTP personality, while I have the ENFP personality. To go over what that means, we basically have the same dominant and inferior personality functions. ENFP Dominant: Extraverted Intuition Auxiliary: Introverted Feeling Tertiary: Extraverted Thinking Inferior: Introverted Sensing ENTP Dominant: Extraverted Intuition Auxiliary: Introverted Thinking Tertiary: Extraverted Feeling Inferior: Introverted Sensing What does this mean? Well, to put it simply, it means I was f*ing right. I'll try to explain more in the backstory, but until then, stop overthinking it. Also, Savaymin's voice sounds eerily like my little sister's, but more soothing in a way... I find that somewhat unsettling. I'll get over it eventually. Have to remember that she can and will change these things on impulse. Join Mafia II: Ponyville in Danger, the forum game of intrigue and deduction! Laach April 10, 2015 Author April 10, 2015 Prologue part 1: Changelings So, I stumbled across the concept of tulpas 3 years ago on /mlp/, which is a sub board on an image sharing site called 4chan in case you wanted to know. Anyway, I was quite interested for multiple reasons. The main one being the self hypnotism aspect of the whole tulpamancing thing. You see, I was relatively new to /mlp/ then, and I had been getting interested in a species of ponies called changelings. If you've ever heard of StarCraft, and the zerg swarm race you can play as in it, I can tell you that they are pretty similar to the changelings in that game. Bug like creatures in the shape of the dominant species that presides over the land. They even have a cool as heck queen that governs the entire population. In the episode's in which the changelings are featured, the changelings exhibit 3 special abilities. The first one being their ability to 'change' into any pony they see in front of them after being consumed in a burst of flames. The second one includes the ability to hypnotize their prey, or use moderate mind control on them, which helps them to blend in as a normal pony because they now have an advocate. And third, their main source of power and food comes from the love that other beings give off, primarily the lovers whose spouse they replace in order to horde all the love being given off. The last ability is up for debate on how exactly the love extraction process works, so you can practically figure out how far the mlp fans would be willing to take it. If you look at tulpas and changelings, you can see that they have many things in common. They can change their forms at will, they can mess with your mind (if properly trained), and they require love and affection to live. For me it was a no brainer. I absolutely had to create a changeling tulpa for the sake of fun and science. who couldn't resist those big blue adorable eyes on, and those little black holey bodies that are just asking to be hugged? Little did I know, I was about to get much more than I bargained for. End of prologue part 1 Join Mafia II: Ponyville in Danger, the forum game of intrigue and deduction! Laach April 11, 2015 Author April 11, 2015 Tug of war thread: https://community.tulpa.info/thread-game-human-vs-tulpa-tug-of-war?page=10 *teaching my tulpa how to do rock-paper-scissors* Me: Okay, so this is the scissors... Savaymin: Got it. Okay, lets get the game started. Me: But I didn't show you the others Savaymin: [hosts name], do you really think I'm not smart enough to figure out the others on my own? Me: n...no? Savaymin: Well then start already. Me: Ok Simultaneously: "Rock-Paper-Scissors!" *Savaymin picks scissors, while I pick rock." Savaymin: b-best two out of three? Me: fine. no more than that though. Simultaneously: "Rock-Paper-Scissors!" *Savaymin picks scissors, I pick paper" Savaymin: Yes! Me: Are you only picking scissors? Savaymin: No. Come on, one more left. Me: Ok then *in a suspicious tone* Simultaneously: "Rock-Paper-Scissors!" *Savaymin picks scissors, while I pick rock." Me: Okay, were gonna need to teach you how to do the others. Savaymin: But I already know how. Me: Savaymin, you need to learn the basics just as much as you need to learn the complex stuff. You can't avoid this. *fatherly tone* Savaymin: *hesitates, then willingly agrees* Me: Okay, *turns my hand into a fist* so this is rock, it beats scissors. Think of it like a punch or fist. You know how to do those things easily, right? *waits for a response, but doesn't get one.* Me: onto paper then *makes hand flat to simulate paper* Paper beats rock. Savaymin: why's that? Me: because paper covers rock. Savaymin: That makes no sense. How does that defeat the rock? Me: Well I remember an story that explains it quite well. Rock and paper are basically buddies, so paper's hug beats the rock. Savaymin: What? Can't rock just rip paper? Me: Well, no it's his best friend. Savaymin: But if you ground paper with the rock, you'd easily be able to damage the paper. Like so *she takes a rock and a paper, and uses the rock to slowly shred the paper to pieces* Me: That's not how it works. Can I continue? Savaymin: Sure. Me: Ok, so the scissors basically kills paper, making the rock angry. The rock then proceeds to kill the scissors. So its a revenge story. Savaymin: I still don't see why I can't just grind the rock- Me: I think that's enough explaining for now. Do you understand? Savaymin: Sorta, but I got this. Me: Ok. Back to square one. Simultaneously: "Rock-Paper-Scissors!" *Savaymin picks scissors, while I pick rock." Me: I'll do two out of three. Simultaneously: "Rock-Paper-Scissors!" *Savaymin picks scissors, I pick paper" Me: are you sure you got this? Savaymin: yes [hosts name], come on! *impatiently* Me: I'm not so sure, it doesn't look like you learned anything. Savaymin: [hosts name]! Me: fine, fine. I'll keep going. Simultaneously: "Rock-Paper-Scissors!" *Savaymin picks paper, I pick rock" Me: W-what? Savaymin: Oh, I see, it's not actually friendship. *She places her hand over my fist shaped one.* It's willing submission to the stronger willed. (something along those lines) Me: *Look of utter devastation after being so easily tricked* Savaymin: Gosh you're such a crybaby. (Most of this is paraphrased because I typed it up a little time after it initially happened.) And that's the story of how my tulpa successfully cheated at rock-paper-scissors and got away with it. Laach April 14, 2015 Author April 14, 2015 Back to the story Prologue part 2: This is taking too long. So, where I left off, I was attempting to create a changeling tulpa. Because changelings are cool and stuff. I still have the paper for which traits I wanted to give my tulpa somewhere, so I'll upload that when I have the chance. Basically, I wanted this tulpa because of three reasons: 1. a character to write a story about (specifically the protagonist for some weird sci-fi/fantasy adventure thingy) 2. a friend who would understand me a little more than most of my friends at the time did. Or even still do. 3. For SCIENCE! Since I was still curious as heck about the world at that time. Now, I wasn't going into this without taking any safety precautions. No sirree. In fact, Savaymin was supposed to be a GUY at first. Svaymid, the male changeling, brotherly and likes roughhousing, also a paragon of excellence which I plan to take inspiration from for my story. The community I learned tulpamancing from had told me that they often fell in love with their tulpa even though specifically trying not to, so I made mine male to counteract that. It didn't turn out well. I kept forcing the idea that "you live/feed off of my love" because that's what changelings do or something, so maybe that's a factor in this whole thing. I don't know. All I know is that one Sunday, Svaymid/Savaymin decided to break. I won't go into details, but it looked like she was starving for the "love" I had told her about, and I was forced to change his/her form into a girl so that I could remain somewhat sane during her hormonal attacks. I tried to stop her using multiple methods, but mostly just empty threats. The most notable one is when I introduced chains to her. She reacted as if I was sawing off one of her limbs, so I kinda refrained from using that too much. She calmed down near midnight, although not completely. Finally fed up with her chaotic wants, I decided to kiss her on the forehead. She seemed to shut up from that point on. I didn't think much of it at the time, but I was glad that it was over, and that I could finally get some rest. I considered myself asexual then, but I guess subconscious desires > conscious satisfaction. [update: added drawings of Savaymin's changeling form in the gallary, as well as her personality plan. My handwriting hasn't improved much from then...] That's the end of part 2. On the next part I'll explain how she died. Join Mafia II: Ponyville in Danger, the forum game of intrigue and deduction! Laach April 14, 2015 Author April 14, 2015 Oh, hey, look what I found. Day 1: While searching around for something to do in my spare time, I have found an art that allows its user to conjure a being of their desire. With enough hard time and effort, I can summon a magnificent creature of any desirable form. The ones who call themselves experts in this art form normally use this as an underhanded method of gaining quick and easy pleasure, but I am no practitioner of hedonism. The creature I plan on creating will be of the opposite gender and for study purposes only. That way I can avoid the rumored temptations that these creatures can lead you into. I already have a few ideas of who and what I want my summoned creature to be, but until then I'll focus on making them controllable to avoid any problems. Day 3: I've been told I can create one with no personality so that they become slave only, but that would be undesirable for the plans I have for it. I want it to have free will, so that its behavior will retain more realism. After all, if I wanted a doll I would have gone to the store to buy one. Day 4: New info. The creatures will only act against you if you literally treat them like a slave. Therefore acting in the most humane way possible is necessary for proper study. Day 8: I've started the creation process. Right now it's simply imbuing the mannequin with a soul. It seems to be working. At least, I can see some of the magic taking place inside of it. It acknowledges my presence, but I'm afraid that might be as much as it's able to do at the moment. The process is certainly physically taxing. I hope it will be worth it and I don't end up messing anything up. Day 14: I'm creating the body now. It's not the best prototype body, but it will do. I've never been a very good artist, but I hope that won't get in the way of the creation process. I've made sure to remove all normally attractive parts so that they would not get in the way later on. Day 17: It's responding now. It can normally only say simple words or phrases. Hi, yo, pong, etc. is the basis of what it is able to say. Other words I have to lead it into saying, but it seems to know the meanings of them too. It caught up on my name almost instantly. I consider this to be a good sign. Day 19: I have finally settled with a name. Savaymin (suh-fhay-min). Names apparently help because they give the summon its own identity. Day 25: Eh, so I was wrong about naming the male version Svaymid. You can still see where everything went downhill. Gosh, I was so sane then. F*ck. Laach April 15, 2015 Author April 15, 2015 I'm gonna have to curtail the story and end there. Thinking about how Savaymin killed herself makes me too depressed and disoriented for it to be psychologically healthy. I'm just gonna stick with recent events from now on. Hopefully Savaymin will be able to talk during some of these. Sigh~ it has not been a good last three days, and signs of bipolar depression are becoming noticeable. Kinda stuck on what I want to do next. Wish I had a hostXtulpa friend who could give me advice on this stuff, or at least one I could hang out with.
