Tulpa without visualisation?

Recommended Posts

Hey guys!

It's really hard for me to focus on forcing, active and passive, and visualisation makes it even harder for me. I tried many tips from this forum, even meditated for a while, but it doesn't really help me. Visualisation just makes me frustrated.

Right now I'm trying to get Maja, my tulpa, vocal. We're slowly making progress, I guess she's starting to communicate through tulpish, and I've already heard her speak to me once. She's definitely sentient, and she's been sentient for quite a while already. But I'm kinda worried that she would feel like there's something missing? She does have a form, but I'm not able to focus on that form. Or the wonderland. Or anything else.

So um, I guess my question is, if anyone here has a tulpa who just speaks to them, without visualisation and imposition, and if that tulpa is okay with it?

The idea is to remain in a state of constant departure, while always arriving.

Maja will either use name tags, [brackets] or this colour.

Sure, it's definitely possible to have a formless tulpa who just speaks. I don't know if your tulpa would be okay with that, but maybe it's something you two could discuss once she's vocal and maybe she'd even try to help you out with focusing.
