I wonder what the statistics on light vs dark room. Just thinking cause I'm in a pretty dark room, and I like to imagine there's a lot more people who like their rooms dark!

I like it dark when I sleep. Otherwise, I never really thought about dark rooms vs light rooms that much to be honest. Guess it depends on what I'm doing in the room!

Dark can be cozy. We leave the lights on more than we used to. Darron used to play on the computer with the lights off all the time but not really anymore. I think it gives him eye strain.

I'm ok, I'm just stressed out for my host. Starting a new job is really a rocky transition. I'm trying my best to keep him positive but it's very tough.

We usually like our room with light (can see to draw that way! and less strain on the eyes from monitor). When asleep, we sleep in the dark now. TB once could only sleep in the light because it guaranteed sleep paralysis for them, but I've been able to help dramatically lessen their sleep paralysis even in the dark! So that was pretty cool.
