The problematic part of DID is emergence of memory barriers in conditions of severe, continuous trauma. These conditions and their consequences don't apply to most of people practicing tulpamancy purposely and our actual experiences are very different from people suffering from dissociative disorders. When we "switch" with our tulpas, we don't cross memory barriers, we just think under their identity, it isn't even inherently dissociative.

too many bad experiences with buses apparently these two trunkses are supposed to be the same age. i wonder if DBS remake will correct that, because people would complain a lot how DBS didn't age trunks and goten, but i didn't realize he is supposed to be 14 here, the same age future trunks is in the history of trunks i think the show tried to explain it with an old head canon some fans would have that saiyans are small until growing up all at once in late teens, but that just wasn't the case for gohan or trunks in Z. it's not even really the case for goku in dragonball either, as 15 year old goku looks substantially larger than 12 year old goku, but they both look younger than they are. sort of a myth that goku doesn't grow until he is 18, though tb used to believe it sort of. or at least could tell that 10 year old gohan looks older than 15 year old goku lol, so something is weird about a full blooded saiyan growth, or maybe just goku himself. or also likely just toriyama's style being a lot more like dr slump in dragonball and became something new in Z being the reason at least he was finally aged in the super hero saga, where he is one year younger than he is supposed to be in the epilogue people be calling 10 year old gohan "teen gohan" and 18 year old goku "teen goku" and 17 year old gohan "adult gohan" so western perception of their ages has been a mess for a long time (at least how videogames will list them in english). also, 15 year old goku being listed as "kid goku" i think bee did no idea T_T probably not thanks for now gotta distract myself in ways that don't accidentally make us feel worse i posted that dbz post because i wanted to say a fun fact that i realized wasn't fun 😭🙏 and then went on a tangent and randomly discovered the information i posted above (ages according to timeline on the wiki at least, which could be off. i don't remember where it is stated how much time passes between DBS sagas so we never really knew how much time went by)

bre climbed a mountain????? why's everyone getting to go to mountains and yeah 16 fahrenheit is pretty cold for rain. are you sure it was raining water. maybe acid rain doesn't freeze i went out to mailbox, and it had mail for neighbor, which meant going behind house in the shade to where the backyard and trees are, and the smell of grass and trees immediately melted a lot of anxiety i had. i then tried walking down the road, where there are people and cars and the smell of dust and exhaust, and my muscles tightened back up several fold and face collapse back into the default expression tayomi probably passively has i went from default, to happy relaxed goku, to contemptuous vegeta face muscles in a span of seconds. i'd sit in the backyard if it was actually private, but the backyard is more like the front yard of the other apartments that we constantly get the mail of, so it almost feels like trespassing to go back there unless it is just in and out (still feels like tresspassing almost but idk what i'm supposed to do with their mail. they don't check their mail either as their mailbox is stuffed full so i have to squeeze it in) for as evil a landlord tb's parents had at old house, at least it had a private back yard (at least until fence was destroyed and they refused to repair it, and then they cut down the privacy trees for no reason, and the backyard trees, so spiritual violence and devaluation IMO of what made it nice, then doubled the rent. we live in a society) but it also was right next to fairly private woods and river. easy daily access to that for tb and rena definitely massively improved their mental health if there was a way to combine the meditation skills and knowledge we have now, with the nature access old tb and rena had, and also enough stable income to not be in constant state of worry and wondering how to replace or obtain important things, there would be so little to complain about i think. alas. we'll patiently bide our time for SSI i suppose. hopefully only forced to live here one more year. no clue how we will move though. or where to. but somewhere where a relaxing walk can occur seconds from exiting the door, or sitting in a private yard or patio. i'd probably start painting outside. and hopefully can figure out how to style irl body into something we don't feel ashamed of. that's also have of the pain of going outside is a visceral disgust of our own body that can only go away by avoiding mirror, accidentally looking at ourselves, or having others look at us though yeah, only way i know how to take a walk that is relaxing, is to first spend 30-40ish minutes walking in high cortisol environment, to then have access to a 15 minute walk of pleasantness, to then have to walk 30-40 minutes through high cortisol environment again to get home. going by bike would not significantly speed that up and would probably increase cortisol x10

In my case, I was a habitual daydreamer. One of my characters evolved beyond my control. I'm talking fourth wall breaks, intruding in daydreams where she didn't belong, even commenting on my daily life (which she wasn't supposed to be aware of). When I learned about tulpas, I realized that's what she was. Having tulpas really isn't like having DID. Yes, there are three people sharing this head, but taking control of my body is a skill my tulpas had to learn (and giving up control is one I had to learn), they can't take over without my consent, and even then, I'm still aware and able to take back control at any time. We also have very open communication and can't really keep anything secret from one another since we don't have or want hard dissociative barriers.

26 celsius here right now also yeah a 5 celsius/10 fahrenheit jump is a huge difference humidity matters a lot for how uncomfortable heat feels and how deadly it is though. unfortunately it is really humid when hot here
