Ohmeghon May 29, 2017 May 29, 2017 Has anyone here ever used crystals in the practices of meditation, forcing, lucid dreaming or the like? Crystal power is often seen as voodoo and crazy as tulpamancers in the first place, so I'm betting there's at least one person on here who has looked into the subject. I would assume crystals used to help open your third eye chakra would also assist in visualisation and imposition as well. Lapis, Iolite, Kyanite, things like that might just offer extra power to a session. Has anyone tried to use these with forcing, and if so, how have they helped? Personally I have some amethyst and other oddities lying around. I'll experiment in the upcoming days and let you know my experiences. TFarrgon May 31, 2017 May 31, 2017 Well, I am not entirely sure how it work's, but it might be possible. Honestly, I've had to learn this stuff on my own and I'd have to say, with the time I have toyed around with tulpamancy, one of the most important factors in success with these things is belief. The mind is an extremely powerful organ, one that I think the average person wouldn't dwell upon too much other than being referred to as a memory bank. While I was learning, I found that I couldn't actually achieve anything until I believed it was possible and this is hard to do if you are skeptical, but you can achieve marvelous things once you do as I'm sure we all had to do to practice creating lifelong companions in our minds. Anyways, what does all this have to do with crystals? Well, I think that it kinda goes along the lines of what I just said. If you believe that it's true, then it really might be. I can't give you an answer to that directly cause I never tried it myself, but if you believe it'll help, then you should try it. Everybody's mind is different and reacts to different things in different ways. One thing that might be worth mentioning is maybe instead of depicting a crystal as an object that holds energy, maybe think of it as a conduit. Almost as like a booster for your connection like a memento of a loved one would be.
pcushing October 5, 2017 October 5, 2017 I too am curious about the benefits of using crystals with our tulpa. The biggest thing that I'm afraid of is using a crystal or crystals that could harm her, as this is obviously something I don't want to do. I'll do some research myself to see what I can find but initial scouring has produced very few results.
Lucilyn October 5, 2017 October 5, 2017 just like everything else from Lumi's new age spirituality days, nothing ever showed any results that gave him a reason to keep believing in them unfortunately :/ (He learned a lot of good lessons about life and people and thinking and philosophy etc.etc., but nothing metaphysical ever proved worth believing in in the end) he never uh, needed to tulpaforce since the other three showed up spontaneously before "Tulpamancy" existed, but he did have a couple "crystals" for a couple things. I forget what the real crystal is, it's purpleish so maybe it's amethyst, which I guess he used when clearing his chakras? But we haven't done that in over five years and feel better than we used to (for unrelated reasons, obviously), so definitely can't say it helped. But that's got nothin to do with the crystals. The one he used the most though is a round piece of tektite, which I guess isn't a crystal but it was from the same site (healingcrystals or whatever the one that sells them is), and he tried to use it to help him with lucid dreaming. He'd hold it in his hand when he went to sleep, both for the crystal-iness and as a physical reminder, but it never did anything for him. Like usually he'd wake up with it in his hand or close to it still, few times he woke up laying on it lol. But again that has less to do with the crystal (unless you'd expect them to be powerful enough to make a difference there) really. And I will say the tektite is really cool! It's like solid and light at the same time, feels nice to hold. And I guess since it's literally the only time we've ever talked about crystals and probably ever will here, I'll mention our rainbow moonstone too. We like the moon a lot (I like it cus they like it), thanks to its association with Reisen (a "moon rabbit") the moon represents love and togetherness to us. So the rainbow moonstone (a white and kind of shiny stone) is a physical symbol of that and the moon that we can hold in our hand. It's never DONE anything and we never expected it to, but for non-spirituality-related reasons we've kept it in our mind because yeah. And for spiritual reasons we don't even believe in (we have a 'metaphysical' belief system still, but since it never showed itself to be more reliable than logic and science it's not one we act on) we still leave it out in the moonlight on full moons sometimes. Like three times this year lol, maybe five or six last year and so on. It dunn do anything, probably, but it's nice to have a symbol of the moon (a symbol of our togetherness) that we can actually hold if we want either way Hi, I'm one of Lumi's tulpas! I like rain and dancing and dancing in the rain and if there's frogs there too that's bonus points. I think being happy and having fun makes life worth living, so spreading happiness is my number one goal! Talk to us? https://community.tulpa.info/thread-ask-lumi-s-tulpas
SinVraal December 29, 2017 December 29, 2017 Things do exist which work like crystals are fabled, including crystals, but it's only a component of a system. There is a far more complicated process involved. Buying magic crystals for 'luck' and 'healing' and the like is equivocal to buying a lightbulb, then going out into the middle of a forest and trying to get light out of it without a power source.
