Music/Sounds for Meditation

Recommended Posts

Before I begin, I'm aware there was a similar (but not quite the same) thread which died out a while ago. If you're interested in seeing what music users listen to while they tulpaforce, check Tulpaforcing Music.

I know that all of us have slightly different methods of visualizing, communicating, forcing, but all of these things and methods have one thing in common: They require some degree of focus, and sometimes relaxation. I'm going to share what has helped me meditate during those 'scatterbrained' times. (As well as any suggestions I find fitting.)

Also: I'm going to list what they've been created for specifically as listed in their youtube descriptions, I do not guarantee/back up those results, I just know that they have helped me focus and meditate.

Music

1Hr50Min: Zen (Full Album) - Very relaxing. Some of the tracks pick up the pace a little but overall the album is pretty good.

1Hr:

- Self explanatory. LOVE this one. Helps me focus and stay calm. Can help me sleep too.

5Min:

- A shortie, but a goodie.

1Hr15Min:

- ONLY when I'm in 'High energy' mode. This is NOT for relaxation necessarily, moreso background noise that keeps my mojo going.

1Hr:

- Suggested by Malix. Would HIGHLY recommend if you enjoy electronic music.

2Hr:

- Suggested by Malix. Smooth, calm, happy.

Binaural Music

30Min: Sound Healing - Relaxing track, the binaural waves are pretty hidden. Claims to do much more other than help focus.

30Min:

- Self Explanatory. It's not 100% music, it's mostly binaural, but the chimes create a mood. VERY calming to me.

Binaural Noise

1 Hr:

- Includes wind sounds. To align and improve the forehead chakra/3rd eye.

1 Hr: 98.7% Proven Meditation - Developed by a Professor Jeffery Marlon Harris and researchers from the University of Pembrokeshire. Promotes positivity and a better understanding of oneself. After a week of consistent listening, 98.7% of subjects reported a noticeable or drastic increase in confidence and positivity.

1Hr22Min: Digital Drugs - Acid Trip - This one left me with a very unique feeling. Try this if you want to try something different.

Please share if you have any good ones. :) Hope this helps someone!

Both just calm/relaxing tracks. The latter has a slight electronic/synthesised style.

I don't really need music to relax, but it helps greatly with stopping my mind from wandering; I have a problem, jumping from tangent to tangent in my thoughts over and over, unwillingly, until I have no idea how I wound up thinking about something so odd. Music helps. Moreso if I haven't heard it before, so thank you for posting this.

Sound healing is the be all end all of tulpaforcing sounds.

Trufax.

I agree, it's pretty balanced. I adore 'Incredibly Relaxing Meditation Music' as well, it always puts me in a 'floaty' place and state of mind, which I enjoy.

Thank you so much for sharing! I particularly enjoy the electronic one. I could see both as being incredibly helpful so I've added them to the list. I understand what you mean. I kind of categorize it with 'relaxation', but mental relaxation. It's so hard for me to slow my mind down sometimes. I'm always being invaded with these chains of random, intrusive thoughts, music really can be good therapy during those moments. So you're not alone in that. ^_^
