TheCrawlingCreepypasta November 9, 2015 November 9, 2015 Its always amazing when someone makes something so simple yet insanely useful. Thanks for the link, Kovyx!
kovyxen November 9, 2015 Author November 9, 2015 Hah yeah, I'm pretty much always all for simplicity so long as it's efficiently functional. Brassow November 9, 2015 November 9, 2015 Pretty interesting that it's made specifically for tulpas, but couldn't the same effect be achieved with simply a timer/alarm? It also raises less suspicion with peers who you might not want knowing about that extra voice in your head. kovyxen November 10, 2015 Author November 10, 2015 Well yes you could do that, but it would require tedious repeated resetting of the alarm(s), and would take away the factor of random unexpected reminders to avoid your brain getting used to a schedule. Also the whole being able to consistently record and view interactions over a period of time is pretty useful I think, for assessing your habits and what things you need to do more with your tulpa. Though I do understand not wanting to raise suspicion of nosy peers, in fact the same had happened to me today when the reminder made my phone buzz while my bf was on a phone call. He asked about it, and I simply told him it was a reminder. Thankfully he understands when not to be pushy, but I know others might not be as such. There's another app I have called reMind, wherein unlike the normal clock alarms and timers, you can set it to go off every certain number of minutes without having to reset it every time it finishes. It's really pretty neat, has bunches of cool little settings that are actually pretty helpful. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.atdevsoft.apps.remind If you want something else to record information on well, something I once used to record my anxiety and depression levels is this thing, simply called easy graph. Granted it's not very intuitive, but it's simple and gets the job done fairly well if you know how to use it. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bhsoft.graphfree I like this tulpa app though because it combines all the necessary functions in one quick and easy to use place. Here's some alternatives though, for those that aren't able to so easily hide things on their phone. Hope it helps. ^^ "The number of minds in the universe is one." - Erwin Schrodinger Kovie, they or she. 7yo, mentally 19. active. Vyx, they or he. 7yo, mentally 17. active. FadingSpectrum November 10, 2015 November 10, 2015 Fade: I would download this... If I needed it. Damnit, why couldn't this have come out a year/year.5 ago? A queer soulbonding system with tulpamantic influences.
kovyxen November 10, 2015 Author November 10, 2015 Heh yeah XD i dunno, maybe if you end up making another tulpa at some point you could use it. *shrug* "The number of minds in the universe is one." - Erwin Schrodinger Kovie, they or she. 7yo, mentally 19. active.
