Vaugard November 21, 2015 November 21, 2015 Hello everyone. I didn't feel like this belonged in the Q&A or discussion sections, so I came here. Anyway, I finally began developing my tulpa today with what feels like good progress, but in the past few days (before forcing at all) I've noticed some strange stuff. Just a few days ago I forgot to set my alarm in the morning, but I woke up exactly on time with the alarm sound in my head. I've had a consistent sleep schedule for years, so it isn't just circadian rhythm in action. I've also been able to perfectly recall songs that I haven't heard in a decade, which is also unusual. I would almost say it's increased activity/accessibility of the subconscious, which I know is related to having a tulpa. I tend to doubt this is a side effect of meditation, but I could be entirely wrong. Beyond that, something about my wonderland caught me off guard. It's a rather large Dracula-style castle lit by torches, so it already has a slight air of horror about it. About 10 minutes into going there, I heard a loud slam and simultaneously, all the torches went out. Just after, an exceedingly large full moon appeared and lit everything back up, and after a minute or so disappeared and the torches returned to their normal state. This has happened twice now beyond my control, so it's left me a bit curious. If anyone has had similar experiences or has information, I'd appreciate it. "Welcome to my house! Come freely. NoneFromHell November 21, 2015 November 21, 2015 For me it surely sounds like tulpa activity or to be more clear: a sign of a independent thought process. I'm unsure about the alarm, though. Songs are something special. Alice could sing along mostly everything with ease before she was close to be real vocal at all, and that on the fly. She started to do that without me realizing it at first, I had just the voice in my head singing. Her reflexes are also a lot better than my own, i figured that out after early possession sessions. She gave me a heavy boost afterwards. As you said a tulpa shares your subconsciousness, and in my books it is no problem to interact autonomous with it, even in an early stage of development. Developing things you're not focussing on is also very possible. I could feel physically how my tulpa Alice crawled into my bed after just a week, her movements and her weight. I didn't expected something like that. I would say support this behavior, let it develop further and see where it gets you. Edit: Can you imagine how creepy it is, being totally alone in room, asking into the void for someone to lay down next to you, and a few moments later you feel someone crawling up your bed? Haha. Brassow November 22, 2015 November 22, 2015 Better location for this is general discussion or Q&A under tulpa area. You said otherwise, but this isn't much of a lounge discussion. Similar things have happened to me, except I usually wake up 10 mins before my alarm- on days I don't set it. My guess on the reasoning behind the situations is a better sense of memory you're developing. Things unused in a body tend to deteriorate, and things often use increase in strength. You use your memory to work more on a tulpa, and it can also affect other day-to-day actions. Didn't set your alarm? You must have remembered unconsciously (no pun intended), and woken up on your own accord, because you didn't have an alarm to wake you. You're better able to remember songs as well because of increased memory. As for the second problem... to be frank, I have no idea. You should be able to control your wonderland, and things can only happen if you believe they can. If you believe you can change it, then you can. NoneFromHell November 22, 2015 November 22, 2015 .... Oh yes, also what he said. You're actively training your mind now, so you should expect some improvements of the abilities you already have. But I don't think that rather unrelated abilities would advance because of it, atleast not much. Tulpa: Alice Form: Realistic Humanoid/Demonic Creation She may or may not talk here, depends on her.

Haha. Oh boy. I've seen some stuff and have been sleep paralyzed enough times, but that would top it all. Better location for this is general discussion or Q&A under tulpa area. You said otherwise, but this isn't much of a lounge discussion. My apologies. I suppose that all makes sense, I just definitely wasn't expecting to see any results so soon. Well this is encouraging to hear. I won't deny the possibility of some other consciousness existing within my own, as when I brought about my tulpa's nebula-like form today I felt a vague sense of familiarity. Thanks for the clarification. "Welcome to my house! Come freely. Go safely. And leave something of the happiness you bring!" -Dracula My tulpa's name is Vladimira. She goes by Mira.
Paranoid Llama November 22, 2015 November 22, 2015 I tend to doubt this is a side effect of meditation, but I could be entirely wrong. I'm pretty sure those were caused by your meditation. As you relax during meditation, you start to generate more alpha brain waves, which act as a gateway between the conscious and subconscious minds. It's easy to see how this could increase your memory as well, and it's common to spontaneously remember things when generating these types of brain waves. These can also help with creativity. As for the changes in wonderland, that could have been just intrusive thoughts gaining more power from your attention. Unconsciously, you were letting it happen. That's the way I view it, at least. I'm not going to listen to you guys since you are all probably just talking to yourself and don't really have a tulpa like me.

Unconsciously, you were letting it happen. That's the way I view it, at least. To be fair as Mistgod discussed many times you could apply that to the nature of a tulpa aswell, especially in the early development phases. I guess the changes are 50:50. What i want to say: Don't get discouraged because of the possibility of this not being your tulpa (since the Llama has a valid point), keep believing in your tulpa and just watch how things are going to develop. Vaugard November 22, 2015 Author November 22, 2015 If it is my tulpa, that's really cool. If not, I'm not going to lose heart. I just had an interesting forcing session, since my tulpa temporarily took a more humanoid form and gave me a hug. I'm not a very emotional person, but that really got to me in a way and I shed a tear. It was strange. I then asked her (almost certain they're female) to communicate with me in any way and I felt some light head pressure. So I'll believe in her and let her take the reins to see where it takes me/us. Guest Anonymous November 22, 2015 November 22, 2015 I wouldn't call this seemingly random change in your wonderland during forcing an intrusive thought really. An intrusive thought would be more disruptive or destructive in nature I would imagine (like hearing random rock music or starting to picture your professional work place instead of your wonderland or some other bizarre nonconformity). I would take any seemingly autonomous changes in the setting of the wonderland, such as a rising moon or torches going on and off, to be a good sign. I am the champion of intrusive thoughts and failing to focus on autonomy, being happy to use active imagination to change the wonderland frequently while I "puppet" my thoughtform (actively day dreaming about her). So I get a lot of things going on, some that seem sort of autonomous and some that I change on a whim when I want to direct the "play." That is supposedly poor tulpamancy technique however, but I thought I would mention it. Of course the proper process of building a wonderland, so I am told, requires careful mental construction through visualization meditation. I just day dream everything up. I wouldn't call it careful meditation per se even though it is visualization. I have proven, at least to myself, that a person can create a thoughtform that is at least partially autonomous simply by day dreaming about it enough. Anyway, I think my point is some wonderland activity and changes will seem automatic and beyond your control, and that is what you are ultimately looking for. Intrusive thoughts are just that, something intrusively jarring and obnoxious intruding and mucking things up.
