Hello everyone, I'm Linkpy, and a new here, and sorry for my bad english I'm french :c

I want to create a Tulpa, that's why I'm here but before starting I want to train my visualisation.

So, when I try to visualize something, I can only see a very small amount of details, and all others in blur. By the way, I see it with a lot of transparency (I need to be in the dark to see it, or I can't). What kind of training should I do and what need I do to see it clearly ? I remember that one day I saw a cube very clearly, but this append only once, and I can't recreate the image in my mind.

Thanks you for your answers ! :D

Well mainly you just need to practice as much as possible to make progress on that. The quality should become better on it's own. My tip would be to start to try to visualize small detailed things, while blacking out the rest. Later on you could start to get more complex and place your small detailed things in a bigger picture. And try to practice while you're fully awake and well rested. The ability to visualize suffers if you're exhausted or stressed.

Tulpa: Alice

Form: Realistic Humanoid/Demonic Creation

She may or may not talk here, depends on her.

Your visualization skills aren't going to be amazing right from the start. If you're trying to visualize your tulpa, I recommend breaking the form into parts so that you can focus specifically on those for as long as you need to, and then you can bring all of these pieces back together to form a clearer whole. This place has a lot of visualization exercises, so I would recommend taking a look at some of the things on this page.

Oh yes, I see. I think I'll use the method which use real objects, I seen it many time. Thanks guys c:
