Yes! You agree! Thank you, someone sensible!

A parody or comic would slander and ruin whatever shred of dignity tulpa.info has.

I vote for a illustrated dream journal. If nobody likes the idea, Ill type up or write the fucker myself. Seriously, I will. Wouldn't mind seeing Dash on some written paper by tulpa.info's own artist, Amadues.

A parody or comic would slander tulpa.info if taken seriously, true, but they are not supposed to be taken seriously. But people would anyway. Imagine how many would come here asking how to make tulpamon and trying to have tulpamon battles. While I think it would be hilarious, it wouldn't be a very smart thing to do for the sake of credibility.

If you want to make a dream journal I say go for it.

Thing is, Amadues (forget how to spell it) would have to agree. His hands are full (he even has a project of mine) on projects. I'll ask him sometime, but he would need to finish that other stuff first.

Idk, but if you want to help me or whatever, be my guest. Just PM me if you want to.

I was about to comment on the needless thread derail carried out by dear douche sorryman, but whatever.

Anyway, about the whole comic thing, i was thinking, how about a guide in the form of a comic? showing the whole process or something, you know what i mean, right?

That would only be worthwhile for illustrating a concept that can't be more easily or sensibly put into words. I'm not saying there aren't topics like that, but written guides are doing the job just fine as it stands. Choose a medium that complements what you want to deliver in the most effective way possible, and you can't go wrong.

Oh, and good comics are a bitch to put together.

That sounds like a great idea. But I think I would have to do it when I'n further along because right now I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing or what's going on and to be honest I would rather focus on creation before I make a comic. Then I can look back retrospectively with a clearer mind.

Also, I think I would keep it separate from the story, because I don't want the beginning to seem boring to people. Instead I'd have it go one of two ways.

1:

-Discovery

-Time skip

-Imposed and interacting

(Followed by a short questionnaire to give people who might have just discovered it a short understanding of what it is)

2:

-Discovery (With initial information)

-Quick Montage of process

-Imposed and interacting

On the side I would have a more detailed process in comic form for people who are interested.

I can't tell you what kind of comic it will be, only that it will be a journal so for the most part what happens is what will be drawn, with the exception of certain things that aren't too relevant.

Name: Assistant

Form: Human female

Progress Report

Last night I said I didn't have a name for her and was cut off with a reply. I couldn't hear the beginning properly but it sounded like Dori but I couldn't hear the first letter as clear and can't tell whether it was an N or a D What's her name?

A comic actually sounds like a very neat idea, especially for tl;dr'ers (at least, looking at it from the perspective of guidance rather than entertainment). Not saying that we exclusively want those, but the point is that broadening our forms of media can only aid in the growth of our community, be it videos, music, games, or what else one can think of.

We oughta hire that fellow that drew the Judge Dredd and Dota 2 comics to draw our comic(s) as well, causing the whole Internet to implode and our dignity and reputation to rise due to having pretty images. That's how this logic works, lads. Now let's get to work.

Or maybe hire that hiimdaisy guy.

Don't flame me, just a suggestion.

Chloe - That cheerful girl with ponytail.

Aigis - The male cyborg that looks like raiden in MGR.

Vixen - Half dragon female who looks like Mary in DMC3 when in human form.
