Fell asleep while forcing.

 

Lost track of the time so I'm not gonna count hours. Anyway.

 

I keep thinking that my tulpa is deviating but I don't know. It changes for a split second and goes back to the normal state, and I'm afraid that I might be blocking it from deviating. :( I don't want my tupper to have issues

Forced for 42 minutes. The longest I've ever forced for whaaaaaaaaat

I went over the personality traits again, used 4 umbrella traits:

1) Kindness

-Sympathetic

-Loving

-Gentle

-Humble

 

2)Outgoing

-Chatty

-Open-minded

-Humorous

-Sociable

 

3)Intelligent

-Smart

-Bookworm

-Well-informed

-Serious

 

4)Adventurous

-Brave

-Tough-willed

-Stubborn (different from above)

-Curious

 

Basically, I put the traits into a jar labeled as the umbrella trait, mixed the traits and poured it into an open hole in Benedict's chest. One formed a quadrant and hardened up like wax, and when all four were hardened up, I put little symbols of things that he likes and dislikes. Then I melted them into red liquid resembling blood because who can't live without blood

 

I left the blood sitting there and forced anatomy into him, and visualized the blood being sucked up into the heart and through the veins, and gave him breath. I felt like God whoahowhaohw

 

I also forced up a ball of pink light to represent my love for him, that he won't be alone and I will love him no matter what. It was so cool.

It's generally a waste of time unless it helps you concentrate and focus. Otherwise.. it just looks pretty and makes you feel like you are doing something. Really, just focusing on the traits going into your tulpa is good enough. Blood and jars are non essential.

Pfft, missing out on a day at this stage isn't bad. You can miss out on a week in the later stages and still be ok, to a degree, depending on the person.
