Phi August 2, 2012 August 2, 2012 I hope you know I'm not in year seven guys. And well I guess I learnt something here today. Also, the "Big Bang" was two dimensions touching, and because they aren't the same shape, New dimension formed. Or so I'm told. That's one theory, the Big Bang began from two branes, I think they were 5-dimensional, colliding. It's a part of string theory. All theories tend to follow the model of: Nothing->Quantum fluctuation->???->Big Bang->Universe At least to my understanding.
Guest Anonymous August 2, 2012 August 2, 2012 Also, the "Big Bang" was two dimensions touching, and because they aren't the same shape, New dimension formed. Or so I'm told. I don't even... That explanation is no better than "God dun it". The big bang arose from a spontaneous process called baryogenesis, adding a small number of extra elementary particles (mainly leptons and quarks), which caused a higher amount of matter than anti-matter to exist, causing a gravitational singularity. Without getting into particle physics, basically the "universe" was an infinitesimally small ball extremely dense in both matter and anti-matter. Technically the universe was infinitely small and infinitely dense if you base your theory off of general relativity. Fractional seconds after baryogensis, primordial nucleosynthesis occured, producing a large amount of common and uncommon elements and isotopes from the intense heat. Eventually the temperature dropped below what is necessary for nuclear fusion to occur. From there the universe continued to cool and expand, and still is today. Although it's a very condensed version of the big bang theory, it's still fairly accurate. Who told you it was caused by two dimensions touching?

Kadoh August 3, 2012 Author August 3, 2012 Holy shit, I am way out of my league here. Also that feel when your post is moved to the bullshit part of the website ;_; Also, da T.V man on Nat Geo or sumshit. I know how 2 hypotenuse so watch out I'm pretty smart k My opinions are all subject to change.
