Something to consider...

When I registered here the other day, my Tulpa was basically running around doing backflips. Then for the last couple days, she's been very quiet. I thought about why that might be. Then, instead of asking her, I asked intuition. And I got an answer that might affect more of us than you'd think.

I've been rocking a LOT of different stones/crystals lately that do different things, but all are known for attracting more synchronicity into your life. And one thing in particular has been popping up like crazy lately. And the message was "You need to clean up your diet"

WHY? And what's this got to do with Tulpa's?

I study a lot of stuff. And the recently came up when I took my Reiki 1 class. The food you eat, the soda you drink, the chemicals you put in your body...it effects everything. Anyone who is big into meditation, or has various abilities, will tell you that eating shit food takes away from their ability to do that. So I thought about it. And I came to the conclusion that my various extra abilities DO work better when I'm exercising and eating right....or at least, eating BETTER.

Last few days I've probably eaten more fast food than I should. Drank more pop than I usually do. More processed sugars. Etc etc. Crap food.

And right then...when my intuitive antennae isn't working as well either...that's when my Tulpa goes quiet. She squeaked out just enough through my intuition to bring me back to changing my diet.

Makes me wonder....those who have really active, vivid Tulpas and those who can't seem to get it to work...If we examined what they eat, could that be the problem? When you eat clean to where your mind is clean...things like Tulpas seem to work better and become clearer. If YOUR mind is foggy most of the day, How do you expect an entirely different consciousness to be able to function? If YOU are brain fogged, how do you expect a Tulpa to function?

Brain and body health should become a priority for anyone serious about Tulpas. There is more to it than the creative process. Has anyone with an active Tulpa tried Nootropics?

The last few days have been duller because she hasn't been around much. After I learned about the word "Tulpa" and looked into it and saw that explained my "friend", she was super happy because now I fully accepted her reality (she was an accidental tulpa pregnancy). But a couple days of junk food and she faded to the background. Eating clean today and back in the gym in the AM.

Nutritional problems is one of the many factors that can lead a person to difficulty here. Though, problems are more likely to be in the imbibing of intoxicating substances than where you choose to get your starches and sugars from.

pretty much, though I'd say if you try hard enough you can do it anyway

we replaced soda entirely with orange juice tbh, we drink like 75% water and 25% OJ. And maybe a soda once every long once in a while if we get fast food, and even then we only eat certain things from fast food places now because most of it makes us noticeably feel like crap later. Panda Express is good though! It's stuff like Carl's Jr. and Burger King that's real bad.

Anyways yeah heard tons of stuff from tons of peeps that everything is just better when you eat better. IMO most people see "Eating healthier" as struggling to find some kind of vegetables they can stomach and maybe fruit/other stuff too. But honestly there's huge in-betweens that will still make a difference. Like, just drink something... that's not soda. Real, regular juices are like, WAY better than soda. Even the sugary ones as long as there's actual nutrients in there somewhere. Soda is worse for a lot more reasons than just how much sugar it has. Also just drink more water basically nobody drinks enough water unless they specifically drink a lot of water. though there are some things that can replace water in your diet if you want, sugary stuff isn't them

I dunno, it's just so much easier to eat healthiER than it is to "eat healthy", people use the difficulty in putting together a 100% gr8/8 diet as an excuse to not make smaller changes that'd still make a huge difference. Uh, difference in how you feel/how well your mind works, if anyone forgot what we were talking about. Lotta people who go vegan/vegetarian talk about how much better they feel and stuff, but we never really felt that when we were actually vegetarian or after when we just eat way less meat. BUT we DO feel worse when we eat real junk like greasy fast food and stuff. That's the easiest way to tell the difference I think, eat "better" for a while and then try eating the old stuff like once and you'll probably notice how much worse you feel. Maybe.

Also we still eat pizza all the time. But we stopped eating pepperoni because it somehow manages to be like 50% more bad for you than other toppings. See, small things, moderate differences, better than nothing!

Hi, I'm one of Lumi's tulpas! I like rain and dancing and dancing in the rain and if there's frogs there too that's bonus points.

My diet is superclean, I exercice 6 days a week, for one hour.

The only chemicals I intentionally absorb are nicotin because I'm still addicted and a pill that keeps me alive by regulating the K Vitamin in my blood.

I'm still crap at tulpa skills and haven't been able to properly switch or let Cora posess our body, after almost 3 years of sharing this brain.

That's why I don't think food has much to do with what we do here :/ I think some brains are good at it, some are bad and need way more work to reach the same goals.

All this IMHO

No animosity intended ever

Cora now has her own account ! :D

English isn't our native language, please be indulgent :)

Food is a factor, but not nearly as much of one as you're making it sound.

More than diet, specifically, it's easier to tulpa if you're just feeling well. If you're finding it hard to concentrate for any reason--diet, lack of sleep, stress, whatever--you're not going to have the energy to sustain a tulpa... especially if you're pretty new to the whole thing.

The stark difference you experienced between eating well versus eating poorly, though? Sounds more like coincidence and placebo effect to me. My host eats like crap most of the time, and me and my headmates are pretty much not affected by it nearly so much as we're affected by something like, say, mood or how taxing a day she'd had, mentally speaking.

I am being told by a certain headmate to add the disclaimer that all systems are different, so maybe yours is sensitive to that sort of thing. Honestly, if it works for you, great, and the more reasons you have to keep up healthy habits, the better. Just be careful not to assign causation to what's merely correlation, that's all.

I'm just talkin about general feels, not saying if you eat fast food you can't tulpa. difference in bad diet and good diet in "thinking clarity" is probably.. just a little, usually? But it helped for OP so for some people maybe it WILL make that big a difference

you should also just do it for health/lifespan reasons tho
