I turn it into a Walmart, starve out the local shops with predatory pricing, then raise prices to unreasonable levels, then close Walmart leaving the locals to travel 50 miles to the next Walmart where nothing they want is in stock! Bwahahahahahah Bwaaaaaahahahaahahhhhhaaaaaaa! (I'm evil)
