My first go was only 20 minutes, it's easier the more you do it. It's better to talk yourself to sleep than to tulpa force to sleep, falling asleep while forcing is a big no no

I hope you know that was a joke

Kinda unrelated but i wonder, if

ever develops, could it prove the 'existance' of tulpa?

Anyone here have a google glass? If so, what's it like with it when your tulpa's around? Can you have the googleglass videotape your tulpa dancing and see it he shows up on the video? That would be really cool.

You do realize that cameras, yes, even GGs, cannot capture the hallucinations you're head gives you? Seriously. Cameras capture incoming light. there is no light being reflected off of your tulpa, as it's not actually standing there, dancing.

"DUDE! That's wrong! You don't do that! That's like giving a kid a knife and telling him that it's a neck massager!"

Shameless self promotion!

site says it takes hours to create a sample. Theoretically if you had a fully imposed tulpa and spent hours having her move around it may show up. if the hallucination is still sent to the same location as images from the eyes, it could show on the FMRI.

It also says it runs the model of what your brain is seeing against thousands of youtube clips. it would have to be a human tulpa though to be verified by youtube clips.

The con is that without knowing the source material, it may not be possible to select the 100 clips it needs to narrow down the pattern of brain activity.
