optimusjamie August 6, 2012 August 6, 2012 Hello everyone! It's Jamie here, with my report on my first day. I've been basing my method on Lunanite's guide with some help from the other guides from Irish and FAQ Man. So, today I created the personality and form of my Tulpa, Catherine. She's intelligent, caring and honest and she likes video games, all forms of science fiction and tinkering with machines. Her form is a female cyborg (that part came out of nowhere) with purple eyes and platinum-blonde shoulder-length hair. She's currently dressed in a black pinstripe suit (think '20s mobster) but she can change that when she gains sentience. Tomorrow, I'll do some work on visualising and maybe a wonderland, depending on how long it takes. Total time: About 2 hours (I'm not tracking this exactly) My blog

Sands August 6, 2012 August 6, 2012 There's not too much conflicting advice I would say, there are lots of old guides though, old information and new ideas. We don't know too much about this and we don't know what is the best way to do things. You just have to find what works the best for you. optimusjamie August 7, 2012 Author August 7, 2012 Ok, just done my third session, with some efforts on visualisation. I was able to picture Catherine exactly as I wanted her but the session wasn't as long as it seemed to be, lasting about 35 minutes. Maybe next time, I should include some narration to try and pad the session out a bit more. My blog

Did some narration about events between last session and now, although I'm not entirely sure that introducing her to Dwarf Fortress was a good idea, considering what the playerbase defines as 'fun'...
