Hi friends 🤗

Imaginary meditation is healthy   from my experience  more than  normal meditation  .

& by means  stopping  thoughts  ( monkey mind) in normal  meditation .

Normal  meditation  had side effects  for example  increases  fear & you become  lazy  , you don't  want to make efforts  & do things .

But Imaginary meditation  with music  , music  can activate  imagination  , is healthy  to me & make your fit with the  world time zone .

It's  like living in present  .

I agree that tulpa meditation is more healthy than normal meditation.

That's fascinating to me, I always assumed the harder meditation that blocks out your thoughts is better. Then again, I don't know how you can focus on a tulpa without doing some kind of mindfulness or visual meditation.

Note: I'm hit-or-miss activity-wise on this account. I may not respond to PMs for awhile.

I'm Ranger, GrayTheCat's cobud (tulpa), and I love hippos! I also like cake and chatting about stuff. I go by Rosalin or Ronan sometimes. You can call me Roz but please don't call me Ron.

My other headmates have their own account now, but it's outdated and I can't be bothered to update it

If I missed seeing your art, please PM/DM me!
