If you're using Firefox, go to menu > tools > options > content, and disable "Load images automatically". When you're done reading it, you can enable it again, but frankly, I don't think it's worth the effort.

Because its boring, can take forever depending on the person, and is mostly pointless imo. (That last part is what I wanna say but as you may know I can't be sure).

You're quite mistaken. Personality is a very important step, especially if you don't feel like fucking up the tulpa in an unintentional manner. You're either just doing it wrong or have the attention span of a bee.
