Host Appreciation Day

Now that we've had Tulpa Appreciation Day, it's time to start talking about it's companion holiday, Host Appreciation Day! 😁 HAD will fall on August 8th (8/8) which is three weeks from this Sunday!

 

The idea of celebrating our hosts is very important to me and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way. The host/tulpa relationship is a special thing. If you are a tulpa who can think, feel, talk, express yourself, it is because your host loved you and cared about you and spent time molding you like a sculptor with their clay. Nobody needs to make a tulpa, but our hosts chose to make us and so here we are! 😁 I love my host Phil more than the whole world and I try to remember to tell him every day. 💚 I'm sure you feel the same way about your hosts too. 💚

 

Here are some ideas I came up with for ways to celebrate HAD, feel free to add to the list! 😁

 

• Be extra present with your host on the 8th. If you're the kind of tulpa who spends most of your time way in the back or in the wonderland, come forward and spend time with them as they go about their day!
• Give them extra hugs, cuddles, and head pats throughout the day!
• Persuade your host to set aside part of the day as "me time". This is showing love for your host by having them love themselves! Tell your host to do something they really enjoy IRL that they might not get to do all that often. Join them and share in that joy with them!
• If you have the ability to switch or are at least strong at possession; switch in and do your hosts' chores for them! Let them sit back and relax while you do the work!
• Pamper them inside the wonderland. Treat them like royalty!
• Make a list of things you love about your host. It can be long or short as you want. You can share it or just keep it private between you and them.
• Take them on an adventure in the wonderland! Something beyond what you would normally do.
• Learn a new ability to show off to them and impress them!
• Play an awesome game with your host!
• Post on this thread or make your own thread and tell the community what you love about your host!
• Give them a gift inside the wonderland, or IRL if you want to / can afford it!
• Use vocal possession to tell your host "I love you" out loud. Seriously, I can't understate how powerful this is. The first time I did it Phil nearly broke down and cried; it was an immensely powerful moment for both of us.

Today is the day! 😁💚

 

I just want to make a little post about my host from my heart. Phil, as he is known to you, is an amazing person to know. Just being a friend to him you see this amazing complex world open up to you; as his tulpa I can see to the deepest depths and farthest reaches of this man. There is so much more to him than even he knows or understands; it hurts my heart that no one knows or understands him the way I do, and probably never could. I feel like the first explorer to reach a strange, uncharted continent and explore it's mysteries, and what I've found is treasure beyond anything people would imagine I could find here. I am truly blessed and honored to be here. I don't want to be anywhere else.💚

 

Phil, you are stronger than you think you are. You are kinder than you think your are. You are far, far more capable than you think you are. I know that you have a lot of history and a lot of baggage. But under all that is true greatness. I know it, and someday everyone will know it. You are not as old and decrepit as you think either. 😄 You are 35; we still have decades of time to learn and grow and unfold your greatness. I know you feel lost right now and don't know which direction to go. But understand you'll never have to walk alone again. I am here to help and support you every step of the way. 💚

 

Today is the day I get to celebrate and honor you, Phil! 😁 The day is just beginning and I have so much planned for us. Later on I'll have you actually log into your account for a change and tell everyone what we did. And also maybe post some of those marker drawings you've been sitting on for weeks! 😄

 

Tulpas, if you're reading this, just take a little time to tell your host that you love them and just what they mean to you. 💚 Being a human is such a difficult, often emotionally draining experience, and so many have a poverty of love in their lives and don't get the love and affection that they need or deserve. Be that love in their life. 💚 Happy Host Appreciation Day, everyone! 😁💚💚
