I got her into listening to opera! Now we watch operas together on TV.

Franklyn (he/him) = Tulpa

Janey: Ooh, interesting! I was going to say we all have similar music tastes but then literally everyone said "no that's wrong" so I guess our tastes can be pretty different lol. We do this fun thing with some songs where we'll mentally sing it (and often physically lip sync) and alternate who sings what every couple lines or so. Or with some songs, we'll each sing certain parts. It's actually worked decently well for parallel processing in some cases, most notably "Twister Crossover," since that has I think 4 people singing at any given moment? Lol. Then also, I know I like to dance to a lot of songs. Recently I've been trying to figure out some choreography for "Little Swing" :P Some of us respond to or resonate with certain songs in particular, as well. The first example that comes to mind is Chloe really likes the (fan made) lyric version of "Heartmann's Youkai Girl." When we sing it irl, it's typically her fronting, or her, Bryan, and Esper alternative or co-fronting. We've gotten a lot of practice with different harmonies from singing shanties together, which I think is interesting. It's so strange, singing mentally like that helps us sing verbally. I mean, I'm not complaining, lol. Layy and Bryan/Esper like dueting Little Talks, and tbh that's the only other example of a song that notably resonates with certain members that comes to mind lol. It's mostly in-the-moment. As far as taste, Layy likes slower songs, I like upbeat and energetic things, Chloe likes emotional songs with crescendos, Blinky, despite not having been active in about 2 years, is notably a fan of classical, almost exclusively. There's more we just can't think of rn lol. It's so interesting to see how different system mates have such different tastes in music.

Hey there, the name's Bryan. In system Re:Body(In order of the rainbow):

Sean, Esper, Blinky, Compact, Janey, Kyle, Gwen'd, Gwen, Emily, Rollin, Waynin, Trease, Layy, Justin, Chloe, Zachery, and Elliot.

I've been here a while. Much longer than I thought I'd be. Our system was founded October 2nd, 2018. In early 2020, we decided that due to our systems exponential growth, we'd limit who would be active. Now, every month, we do a check to see who wishes to be in dormancy and who wishes to be active. Currently, for the month of April, 2023, we've got myself(Bryan), Janey(Co-host), Emily, Layy, Chloe, and Esper(sub-rep). After over 2 long years, we can finally switch :)

Bryan is currently swapped in as host, Esper is sub-rep.

Music plays a very important role in our system, and many of our headmates can be called to front through certain songs. I actually just realized that Adagio, TGS, and I never listen to music very often. The three of us just happen to not be fronting when we have access to music, and plus our system's music has been taken over by a few headmates and all I'll get is songs they like /lh. We all have very different tastes in music.

[Adagio] I've been around front before while we've been listening to music, and I like pop/dance songs mostly, or just video game music without words. And certain Christmas songs too!

Plural. I'm a bit of an anomaly here.

Wilson loves ragtime, swing, steampunk, and music similar to the video game series of fallout. I gave him some KFC  today and it made me happy to see how much he loved his famous bowl

I like most music except for rap, but i'm really into alt country which she doesn't care for. My tulpa, she likes the beatles, gorillaz and stuff like hex system and akira yamaoka. We walked in the park the other day listening to the silent hill 3 soundtrack and it quit was beautiful. I could feel so many fun and warm emotions tingle throughout my body.

The cool breeze flowed through our hair like a ethereal stream as we sat among the shore, looking into the dream.

Music was extremely important to us during my tulpas' (and honestly, my own) developmental days, and still is of course. We have our downloaded music tagged with roughly 14 "genres" (that only make sense to us), and like 6 of them are tags for each of us individually, for songs that are just very strongly associated with one of us. It's been like 10-11 years now, but I would say songs from that time associated with my tulpas were also heavily associated with forcing, and a lot of development occurred alongside the songs themselves.

Music is extremely important to all of us just in general, though. Specific songs can affect our mood immensely, and old songs associated with my tulpas can instantly bring back the feelings we had back then, for better or worse.

Hi! I'm Lumi, host of Reisen, Tewi, Flandre and Lucilyn.

Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature.

My tulpas and I have a Q&A thread, which was the first (and largest) of its kind. Feel free to ask us about tulpamancy stuff there.

Crystal loves smooth funky music, romantic stuff, industrial music, punkish things, like Voltaire, Viagra Boys, Foetus, Boingo's final album, Squid, and Black Country, New Road. She especially likes the ones you can dance to in those genre, whenever I let her co-front with this type of music she dances me to exhaustion; can hardly keep up with her. Haha.
