I think of Phil as the Ocean; the whole ocean. I'm not sure how much that counts as an inanimate object as it's certainly a moving, churning, living thing in my mind! But I've always seen him that way. Also, I see him as the ring around my finger. 🥰💍 Something very big, and something very small, both very much Phil to me. 💚

You can do the reverse too!

• Moltosha would be an antler

• Gerodious would be a wing on display, like at a museum
• Fhern would be a rake 
• Dream would be a rake
• Exabier would be a Cheato
• And Ian would be a book too but with a duck on the cover of it

I guess as a system we would be some kind of weird yard sale

Zyr: A weighted blanket

River:  Water, as his name would suggest.  But more likely in the form of a clean, soothing spring, especially a hot spring.

Varlan:  A high-tech, futuristic (and possibly alien technology) sword.

Ralis: Not really sure, but probably some sort of cursed but still oddly comforting item.

Pyr: A plushy, because that's what he already was before he became a tulpa.

Kai: If limited to just one item, he'd be a top-quality Japanese chef's knife.  But if he could be multiple items at once, he'd be a full set of sushi making tools.

 

Oh!  And after typing everyone else's I think we came up with something more specific for Ralis. :P  He'd be a cursed dreamcatcher which attracts nightmares,  but at the same time would also empower me while in the dream world (and likely also insert himself into it too),  allowing us to fight back against and conquer the nightmares.
