Chupi September 16, 2012 September 16, 2012 I talk with my tulpae while in the bathroom. It's quiet, away from other people, and I go there multiple times throughout the day regardless of what I'm doing. So it provides a nice time to catch up with them during an otherwise fairly boring and mundane break from doing whatever. As for the privacy issue, I've given them access to my memories and subconscious, so this is about the least of what they're going to see. Also they can see what I'm seeing and hear what I say to them fine (if they want to) regardless of whether they're in the same room as me. It just feels more natural to talk to them if I imagine them in the same room; this also makes it easier for me to hear them for some reason. Frosty September 16, 2012 September 16, 2012 With April I'm doing a passive forcing/pre-imposition method, similar to Fede's guide. Basically I picture her near me, usually in my peripheral vision or behind me, and I talk to her. That is the biggest thing. You aren't talking to yourself, you're talking to them. Like Chupi said, keep your tulpa in your mind while you're talking to them, and then just talk. Imagine she/he is next to you or in your head listening, and then talk to them as if you were talking to another person. Because they are there, and they are listening. Don't worry, it gets easier with time. Practice.
