SwissArmyCheese September 16, 2012 September 16, 2012 Hello all! My name is SwissArmyCheese. Disclaimer: I am not actually Swiss, or cheese for that matter. I'm just some guy from Illinois. I've been lurking for awhile now, And I've gotten on the IRC more than a few times. I like to think I know the basics of tulpae, but we'll see about that. I'll be updating this as I make progress. I'll also post several earlier entries from my personal log as well. Feel free to leave comments asking questions or any skepticism. (I've been slowly losing my own skepticism over time but it's not completely all gone. (Which plays a role in all this.)) Just keep it civilized. Hell you can even pm for a chat, I enjoy conversation. Thanks for taking your time to read this blurb, I hope you enjoy the rest.
Oguigi September 16, 2012 September 16, 2012 Welcome To the Forums SwissArmyCheese. Some people just give their Tulpa their names, but when you allow them to choose their own name it's just that much more Exciting! Ah I remember when my Tulpa choose the name "Oguigi" boy was that something. I'd be sure to keep a close eye on your progress log and i only wish you the best of Luck! pix: Link Diary: http://ponystasha.tumblr.com Koomer.
SwissArmyCheese September 23, 2012 Author September 23, 2012 ---Previous entries deleted due to doubt and a series of badly timed moods with events and such, what-not, etcetera. After reading Chupi's 'mini-guide', doubt has been replaced with confidence. Updates will resume as more progress is made. Fuck yeah.
SwissArmyCheese September 25, 2012 Author September 25, 2012 9/24/2012 +30 I practiced stabilizing the wonderland to the point where things could go on their own. I can get the basic image in my head of my wonderland house, which is nice. I used to see it almost as if I was in third person, but couldn't see my body. I was finally able to get it in almost realtime first person with a generic look for things I wasn't focusing on. I've spent most of the time the past few days working on Amber's form. So far I can get her entire body up to her neck, once I get to her head, things start needing more work. Especially her hair, forming that has proven to be very difficult. For the last 15 minutes in my wonderland with her, I spent in the new kitchen (I added a kitchen that has one of those food machines from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.) visualizing all the new surfaces and whatnot. I asked Amber to go to the machine and tell it whatever food she wanted. I was focusing on something else to try and not interfere with her, and accidently puppet or along the lines of that. She had successfully 'made' a cinnamon donut! She said she was tired and I could have it if I wanted, she wanted to go to bed. I didn't want to let a good imaginary donut go to waste, so I ate it trying to imagine all it's tastes and textures. I went to bed after that.
SwissArmyCheese September 26, 2012 Author September 26, 2012 9/25/2012 +45 Worked even more on form. We both agreed on a different hairstyle that's easier to focus on. Progress is slowly being made on form. I have the general gist of her when we adventure and explore our wonderland. Voice isn't coming along as fast, I will get to that later on once I'm more confident with her form. Size and scale are are difficult to focus on too. We ran around outside the house today, I was trying to visualize her running as well as myself. Not much other than that happened.
SwissArmyCheese September 28, 2012 Author September 28, 2012 9/26/2012 +45 I really only worked on form for 45 minutes straight. I want to get her form down so it'll be easier to focus on everything around us in the wonderland. That and because progress.
Oguigi September 29, 2012 September 29, 2012 it been about 2 weeks since you've started, and your making Great progress, keep it up. pix: Link Diary: http://ponystasha.tumblr.com Koomer.
SwissArmyCheese September 29, 2012 Author September 29, 2012 It feels like a little bit of progress each day. She's still just a mindvoice but I can feel her growing. Except for the past few days, I've been extremely busy so I've only really had time to narrate as the day goes on. I've promised her make-up time and I want her to try and keep me in the wonderland for an alotted time.
SwissArmyCheese October 1, 2012 Author October 1, 2012 9/30/12 +60 My sessions were split up today. I forced in the morning for about 30 minutes, nothing special, just working on form when her face finally clicked. I forced again for 30 more minutes on form again, then drew a picture of her. I'm not a very great artist, I don't draw often, but I like how it turned out and it REALLY helped set her image into my head. I'll try and upload the picture tomrrow.
SwissArmyCheese October 2, 2012 Author October 2, 2012 10/1/12 +45 When I got into the wonderland, Amber was laying down on the couch sleeping. She said she has been so tired lately because she hadn't been getting a whole lot of energy. We sat down together face to face and visualized energy going from my body into hers. I got a really solid headache for the minute I did this. I felt a little drained afterwards, but she sprang right up and walked around. She said she felt the best she's ever felt. Feels good. We walked around the house interacting with the rooms, trying to get back the feel of the wonderland. We headed into the studio and I sat down to the keyboard and started playing some random little tunes. She started singing on her own (Took me by surprise actually) and we continued this for about 5 or so minutes. After that we just sat and watched some T.V. Not really T.V, I would just project random images/memories onto the screen and have her comment on them. After I left, I asked her if there was anything I could put into the wonderland to keep her occupied when I'm gone. Despite having a small studio filled with instruments, she wanted a pond. I quickly forced up a pond in the back yard area and put a fishing pole nearby. I also finished up the sketch from yesterday. -~-~-~- WARNING: I took about 45 minutes total on the following drawing, if you are a fan of decent art, skip the rest of the post. I cringe at my own art, so trust me when I say it's bad. Plus I don't normally draw this style either. I just want to show a basic idea of what she looks like to you, the reader. Plus tails are hard. Screw that tail.
