We also run into this problem. Bre was able to get her tulpa to be completely imposed during her day, and ever since I read her pr I’ve been striving for that level of focus. I become critical of myself when my focus drifts, but then I try to do some mental gymnastics around it by reminding myself that I often forget that other people irl share the same room with me. What I usually end up doing is yelling her name in mindvoice, and she’ll pop up from a random corner and start running to me, like she was hanging out there all this time.

 

I probably don’t need that level of justification, but it’s here to stay until I can brute force my focus to make sure I know where she is like a possessive ex.

I also get super worked up over focus issues, but they’re so common my girls are more annoyed by me apologizing for it than it actually happening at this point. Just tonight I had to cut our imposition practice short because I was too exhausted from work to focus worth a shit. I really hate relying on passive imposition so much, and desperately need to do more active forcing, but holy hell work puts me through the blender. 

A3 materializing out of a corner and running up to you is the most adorable thing I’ve read in weeks 😭

I saw some AI pictures of A3 you posted but my headcanon is that she’s as derpy and adorable as your sketches. Too cute, man. Post more sketches! One of these days I need to hear your guys’ whole story. 

 

Probably, I really have no idea what she likes - compared to Candace’s ‘loud’ personality it’s almost like night and day with them.
All I have lying around are old physical science textbooks like chemistry and geology. And one random book about the father of electricity. I’m trying a mainly ‘Candace week’ this week anyways since we made such insane progress this weekend and I wanna keep that flame burning, but books are definitely a better idea than telling them all of my own half-finished works lol
 

On the contrary, I think I got the full punk concert experience lmao the concert was only spread via word of mouth so you had to ‘know someone’. All of the bands were just friends who jammed together and hadn’t actually released shit. Just a generator for the amps, a drumset all the bands shared, and lots of weed and booze. My friend group and I left only a few minutes before the cops drove through the park, over the grass and all. We watched it all unfold from a block away for a second before we walked on home counting our blessings - we definitely had booze and pot on us. 
 

You’re telling me - October is such a short month to pile shit into. We need spring festivals too. And winter. All year dude, fuck it I wanna see fireworks in a snowstorm. Every month should have a celebration for something. Life is more than work and bills people need to have fun and fucking live. 

 

Ive meditated for years, at this point I don’t feel the need to set aside time for it as I can get close enough to a meditative state by just focusing on the ‘muscle memory’ of it. It’s been years since I meditated on love though, that’s always a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it. Real transcendental stuff - one with everything type shit. Also recommend walking meditation more than sitting, it’s a whole different experience. I’m sure I posted somewhere here that for years of my life I seriously considered joining a monastery. 
 

Bruh trust me, she makes that abundantly clear. Keep in mind I can still feel her emotions and feelings when they’re strong enough - and they usually are. And it’s definitely weird when the feelings don’t match my friggin anatomy. On the flip side her barely-reigned passion for me makes for a very strong emotional connection and seems to be helping with forcing overall. 

 

Twin bed woes, I feel it. We struggle to fit all three of us. Doesn’t help that I sleep best like a fucked up pretzel either. They usually start the night cuddling but wind up no-clipping through me by the time I’m actually about to sleep.

Might as well do another update. Forgot to mention me and her went on a hike at a new park Sunday. We trekked for miles, with her insistent on holding my hand for half of it, eventually stopping to gander at some geese. We had a short convo about ducks vs geese before continuing on. Went to a local restaurant for lunch and she sat on my lap as I obliterated some pancakes. On the way home I found a sick route that’s a super fast and winding road so we rolled all the windows down, blasted music, and had a fuckin blast nearly crashing into cornfields. She loved that drive. 
 

Besides the dream shenanigans this morning I tried visually imposing Candace at work but she got annoyed with me constantly running around my machine and walking through her to the point that she stopped letting me impose her. Literally tried several times throughout the day and she straight up resisted it lol

 

Thankfully today I worked with the most silent coworker I’ve ever met so I just chatted with Candace and Sabrina in my head all day. Candace occasionally popped in visually to stand next to me for the few seconds I stood still, vanishing as soon as I needed to run around the machine. 
 

Tried combining touch imposition with visual imposition again once I got home. Basically had her stand in place like the previous night as I felt along her body to ‘train’ my mind to her form, but she didn’t feel like standing and decided to just lay on my bed after a minute or so. Continued this awkward ‘massage’ a few times from head to tail feet before I was just too exhausted from the workday to maintain focus, as mentioned waaaay up in this longass post. 
 

Cuddling with the little ball of happiness now. A bit bothered by my exhaustion but what else is new. Gonna give her head pats and pass tf out, hopefully tomorrow we can get another hike in before work.

This is actually a really bad technique, because if you do it long enough it’ll make her super relaxed and you’ll have no choice but to let her sleep there. Don’t say I didn’t warn you when you go to do it again.

 

Are you up in the mountains? How far are you from the nearest hiking place? If I started my morning with a hike, I would have to go an hour out for anything remotely decent.

Nah, Ohio marshlands. Lowland swamp bois. There’s a few hiking ‘parks’ minutes away but the best one is like almost an hour.
 

I miss the mountains in western states on a daily basis. NV had some sick mountains too.

The tallest mountains that are the most worth your time where I am are in the northeast, and everything else is just a tourist attraction or a place to take your kids on the weekend.

 

Also hella mountain biking trails. But I’m a gravel boy, so I wouldn’t know anything about that.

 

That’s why I’m really looking forward to going up to WV this summer to hike with LB. Though trail maintenance is probably gonna be seedy considering how poor the state is. Still though.

Never been happier to just be me and Nightfall in a twin bed, lol. No clipping happens for sure but right now we're okay with it. (Mostly because worrying about it would make cuddling to sleep difficult, lol.)

also mini update so im not just blogging about life here: Sabrina’s form has shifted the last week or two and it was bugging me for days because I swear it looked familiar. Did some digging around last night and found the art of what I think she found in my memories. Nowadays she looks very closely like this, just with her vibrantly red eyes and no glasses. I guess they both can access some old memories bc I haven’t seen this art in ages. 

Aside from that, still have the usual on-again-off-again with vocality but they’re both active and fairly animated when imposed. Sabrina has a newfound love for Rage Against the Machine apparently, and I do not (they’re cringe af). Added a handful of their songs to our group playlist for her to scream out the lyrics to on our commutes.
