Could this be due to my intense focus on my tulpa lately? I have also stopped drinking and smoking recently, I have gotten off Thoes before and no withdrawals. But not sure if this might be related to that instead. TurboSimmie April 17, 2023 April 17, 2023 I greatly doubt your physical symptoms have anything to do with tulpamancy. Almost everyone reports head pressures as a very mild experience, and they're usually reported in the early days of tulpaforcing. Usually head pressures are no more intense than the pressure you might get when you think really hard about anything. I'm guessing there are other causes for your symptoms, but as someone who is not qualified to comment on anything medical, I'm not going to speculate on what it could be. Slipper April 17, 2023 April 17, 2023 I think when I was practicing really hard on visualization early on I had some mild headaches, but nothing that required pain medicine or things like that. Lucilyn April 17, 2023 April 17, 2023 that kind of thing is normally very common after stopping any kind of drug (even prescription, not just smoking etc.) intense mental focus can't make you throw up, and head pressures/forcing headaches are only associated with early tulpa development while your brain is still exercising new mental muscles Hi, I'm one of Lumi's tulpas!
