Hah, just read your log update - apparently you have problems with music. Dunno, but for me it's better than distracting thoughts.

If I listen to the right music, it helps me relax and concentrate. Nice soft steady music. Anything else, if I have it stuck in my head when I go into my wonderland, that music will be blasting goddamn loud. Best song for me is probably Cheating by Jack Steadman, or Montanita by Ratatat. They are very much not disco, so I have no clue wether or not you'll like them.

Day 15

Mostly did narrating today. We went for a 3-hour bike ride, since it's actually cool today. Managed to narrate most of the way, but it was about video games :P Dunno if my tulpa is into that, but I sure hope so - would be fun to play together when we can do posession. During forcing, I visualized my city but with snow everywhere - I guess the fact that it's cold gave me the idea. But, well, since I live in a desert we don't get snow here often. However it was a lot of fun visualizing how it would look with snow everywhere. Don't know what is it with me, but I just can't stick to one wonderland, always have to make a new one. Oh well, I guess maybe one day I'll make one that I'll just expand when I want to visit some new area.

Day 17

Had a big test today in school, some kind of college planning shit.. Important part is, I finished an hour early so I forced for the rest of the time. At home, though, I was a bit sleepy, and it didn't make for a great visualization session - don't know why people say it's easier to visualize when you're sleepy like that. Going to review personality again tomorrow, it feels like it's been ages since I've done it even though it was less than a week ago. I hope I won't be too sleepy during the evening session.

Day 18

Reviewed personality today, and of course did some visualization as well. I feel like I've made some more progress as I can visualize my tulpa's face more quickly now. I also did some emotions or whatever, where I think about something and how the tulpa would react to that. Narration has been going alright - I can remember about the tulpa most of the time, but of course I don't have anything interesting to talk about so I bore it to death xD I really need to get some sleep though, really tired right now.

Day 19

I did the dot visualization exercise today - the one where you draw a dot on a paper, 2 dots on another, 3 dots, and then 4. After that you try to visualize first the one dot for 5 minutes, then 2 and so on. I was actually pretty bad at this, kept losing concentration and couldn't visualize properly. After 40 minutes of doing 1 dot I still can't get it right. Gonna have to practice this for quite a bit, but hopefully it will further improve my visualization along the way.
