Tulpa's having own accounts

Recommended Posts

(edited)

Though myself and Jess have been with our host for many years now in various forms we don't have any experience really in communicating as ourselves. I have used hosts accounts before to communicate with people, but don't do it often as if I get carried away expressing my opinion it is then seen to be hers and host is then seen as someone who is constantly changing her mind about what she likes/dislikes or believes in.

Does everyone on here give their Tulpa's their own accounts? Host says I can have this one and be the one who mainly types on here but now we're wondering if it will help Jess' language development further if she has her own seperate account?

If so how would we do that?? most forums won't allow more than one account 'per person' and seem to be able to tell if you just use a different email address to register again???

Thanks

I think it personally depends on who's doing the talking and how much people switch back and forth. I'd say its about 50/50 on systems having multiple accounts, but there's another portion of hosts and tulpas who make another account and only use it a couple of times. We've considered making Mordecai a separate account, but we rarely use direct quotes and prefer to summarize our thoughts. Its just made more sense so far to respond on this account and indicating Mordecai wrote a specific response if its pertinent to the discussion.

However, if someone had a bunch of tulpas who all responded to things individually frequently, it might be better to make multiple accounts for them, just for clarity's sake. It also can be validating for a tulpa to have their own online presence. But, you also run into the issue of swapping between accounts whenever someone wants to talk. Pros and cons!

As for how to do that... I'm not sure. I'm pretty sure you can link them together (or at least could before) somehow, but I don't know if its done with the same email or if you use two separate ones.

Slipper (cringelord host) and Mordecai (the brain gremlin).

Yes, that's normal here, we as a system have seven accounts.

The old software made it easy, now it's not worth using them mostly. So we rarely do anymore and we used to be very active here and that's a lot less too.
