This was fascinating to read! .I tried to join the group but it won't let me post and didn't get chance to fully read the notice that flashed up about how long before I could join a group or post???   

 

I (host) really feel validated after reading this and Lena and Jess feel the same!  After years (an entire lifetime for me) of feeling I must be seriously mentally ill and if I told anyone I'd be 'locked up' it was felt so liberating to read of all these other people who also had Tulpa companions that were not just created from serious trauma.

 

Also the fact that there's people out there actually studying it and investing serious money into it (ie paying for the fMRI scans that were done).  We feel 'liberated'!  😀
