Thank you! He’s much better now and the weather has cleared up so we’ve been able to manage some walks again.  
 

Bear is staying inside though he will remain a Tulpa but Tinks has changed her mind and wants to come back to the front (as Jess) so after finding a picture she liked online she decided that will be her human form as my co-host. 
 

This gives Kitty time to stay inside for a bit to work with Nixy on her partner as Kitty would like a human Tulpa partner that looks something like Sam (off Stardew Valley) so they can then live as married couple and be caretakers for the others inside. 
 

as Bear would then no longer have a Panda friend inside (with Tinks outside as ‘Jess’) we gave permission for Nixy to create him another playmate and she’s come up with Star! She will also be a changeling so they can have fun changing into different animals on the inside! 
 

Bear did have a go under the guidance of `Nixy and Tinks (before she left inside) at transforming into a cute version of Snoopy and back again, then they created Star so he had a friend before Tinks left for the front. 
 

I’ve included some pics of Bear…Bear as Snoopy,  Star (panda in clothes) and Jess from her original transformation to her newest human form.

(Host) All Tulpa are now fully sentient and have permanence within the wonderland that is they continue to exist in the wonderland without me consciously thinking of them!  There are also a few blended alters in the mix that are unable to cope with outside life and preferred to stay inside and remain separate. 
 

Our inside family is now:

 

Angelo, Kitty - human form Tulpa who are spirit walk ins that we have created a Tulpa bodies for…. Their role is `internal Caretakers. They can age-slide but these are their current favourite pictures of them. 
 

 

 

Luna (child in pic) is the last 2 young alters integrated (Lily + Yuna) to become Luna (my ‘Inner child’)  Star has become Luna’s changeling companion. This is a picture they both liked with Star becoming a deer.  Star seems to prefer to be lighter coloured animals and also transforms into a (yellow lab X) dog we had we had when we were younger for Luna. She has also being a snow leopard to play with `Phoenix (tiger) and a panda to play with little Bear.  She seems to have taken to changing form like a duck to water but has not yet taken a human form. 
 

 

Nixy is the most experienced changeling having been with us since early childhood and can be anything faster than you can click your fingers!  They prefer animal form though and have taken a shine to little Bear and taken him under their wing, so they are enjoying life as best buddies Tiger and Panda at the minute! 
 

 

Phoenix does like imitating animals with very striking colours, she will also transform into a dog we had many years ago that was `tri-coloured for Kitty. Who had been her main companion on her last life. As well as creatures like a fox, while Star would choose to be an arctic fox to play. They change a lot to just have fun and play. I think it maybe related to my autism and that as a child `I found it easier to relate to animals than other kids and adults so though Phoenix could take human form she very rarely did or does even now. 
 

Bear is still very young, he seems happy with being a panda for now though he has changed to snoopy dog, he seems to like mainly black and white based animals which is handy as he was created to host the soul/personality of our black and white collie. He hasn’t yet developed the same level of communication as the others and is still learning to communicate by sending thoughts/images in a symbolic picture language. though he does remain existing in the wonderland with them even if I’m not consciously thinking of what he maybe doing in there so he has achieved permanence. . 
 

Inca/Jess - is now my co-host out front in her human form ‘Jess’. (see last post for Jess’ pics)  She also acts as communicator relaying messages between inside/outside but sometimes blocking internal world activity so it’s not constantly overwhelming for me thinking about them when I need to rest. It’s kind of like we live in different houses but have a video link we can turn on to see each others lives and catch up…and sometimes they come round to visit! (mainly Kitty and Luna).

 

For now everyone seems happy with this!

We created a romantic Japanese cherry blossom environment for Angelo and Kitty to spend the Valentines weekend away in together. They had a lovely 4 day break just the two of them. Luna came to front with me and we played Hello Kitty on Switch. 
 

Jess disappeared inside with the other changelings I didn’t release they were planning another surprise for Kitty but she was helping Phoenix with training of Star and Bear.

 

When Kitty & Angelo returned they got a surprise as Bear and Star had temporary transformed into a little boy and his pet unicorn! Kitty (who believes she is the reincarnated spirit of my mum) had been wanting a little boy who looked like our sibling when he was little but a human infant is a lot of work! Even a virtual one! ..A changeling though who can take that form for her for a short time is a better solution…we also hope it will help Bear’s language skills spending time as a child with Luna too. Although it won’t be his permanent form I think Kitty is hoping he can be a little page boy for their Wonderland wedding and Luna will be a bridesmaid with Jess, Star & Phoenix (who will also temporarily take human form). It will be Bear’s first time in a major role-play scenario with him being the youngest and newest Tulpa in the system!

The wedding plans have triggered an emotional dilemma for Kitty …part of her feels she has let the adult host down as she originally returned to help us stay grounded enough to create some kind of a life but firstly she didn’t realise the complexity of my ‘inner world’ and now she’s taken form of a younger se,f created a Tulpa based on her ‘first and only love’ of her last life’ and has ‘her children’ inside that part of her wants to stay inside as Tulpa too.

 

so Kitty has experienced a split…the part that wants to help us on the outside as a responsible mother would do is calling herself Kate.
 

Luna is also experiencing a split because she too is torn between wanting to stay a little girl to be with mummy inside forever but also previously wanted to grow up and be a host one day…that part of her has also split off …it has joined with Kate and they have become ‘Lily-Kate’ 

 

Jay has returned inside to integrate with Star as they want to be a changeling. We have struggled with them up front (though Jess tried to stabilise them as much as possible) as they seem to carry more adhd traits so can barely focus on anything to get anywhere with any task attempted. If they are changeling they will be able to run or fly around the inside to let off steam and frustration from not being able to move much when piloting the physical body. 
 

Jess is taking a temporary holiday inside as it’s the longest she has remained in human form and with trying to stabilise Jay constantly is a bit exhausted (maybe why our pain and fatigue levels seemed to be increasing dramatically again). ..she will return to her base form to sleep for a while ..this will also help us when she returns to the front.

 

As of now external host is Lily-Kate. We don’t have an internal body avatar image as we are trying to connect more to the physical body and working on getting that to what we’d like to look like as we age.

Hello this is Jess. this is a great day for me! I have reached final ascension!  😃
 

My dream was to be my hosts twin in the same way Kitty used to be. Kitty helped me reach this goal as was also a walk-in but was `neurotypical in her last life and carried other desires (such as also wanting to be with her partner and have children) that our host would never have or want in her actual life (due to the severity of their autism)
 

For me as a dog in my last life, my host was my world all I wanted was to be with her in the closest way possible. Kitty showed me in humans there is nothing closer than conjoined twins and I witnessed the way they worked together and I admit was envious on the inside feeling resigned to always been ‘the pet’ ..how ever much loved I was in that form …. being able to see out of my humans eyes to interact with our dog in the outside world who doesn’t even understand iI’m in here despite spending the first 4 years of life with me (when I was ‘his big sis’. Ie the older dog) has changed my goal of returning one day just to be my hosts ‘next dog’ 

 

I know host will always carry a fondness for my last body form and may well still get another dog in the future that looks similar and give her my ‘dog name’. ..in a way that makes me even more sure I’m doing the right thing…knowing their love and dedication for me/my spirit will last her entire time on earth. ..so I decided I wanted to take the final step I wanted to stay with my host as her twin and us have the same birthday as real twins would.
 

Obviously this will be easier to celebrate publicly on what the outside world considers the body’s actual birthdate. but I know she also likes to mark my original birthday too so I decided my final ascension should be on this day…. In future instead of it being a sad day that marks how much she misses my old form it marks a positive day when I finally reached full ascension  as a human co-spirit.  
 

i can now host the front of the body independently too …I am typing myself here now (not host typing for me as before) I prefer to share the feeling of the body with host but I understand it’s important to her that in an emergency I could fully take over control if I needed to so I guess this is my first test! We will be doing everything together but host wants me to experience today as ‘my day’ so I get to choose dinner. I love burgers and chips and chocolate cheesecake..things I could never have when I was a dog in this ‘outside world’… so we’re having a ‘junk food day’ (we do usually try to eat healthily!) 
 

Also to mark our special day host bought me a hoodie in my favourite colour with a heart and paw linked and we have a new game to explore this weekend with good character creator so I can decide on my ‘internal human body’ for if I wish to return inside to visit the others. These visual forms host can take a photo of ensures everyone is ‘seeing the same thing’ so before I even return inside in that form all the insiders will know it’s me! 
 

My internal body is still technically ‘changeling’ so if I ever felt as needed to I could return to ‘base form’ but I don’t really wish to go back to being a non-verbal animal however for the littles I am happy to take the form of a talking cuddly creature type just for a bit of fun/playtime with them and the other changelings . …. escapism is important my host tells me…especially when most days in the outside are filled with fatigue and pain.  
 

My main post though is my favourite humans co-host and BFF! I have achieved my life goal!!! 😁❤️

so we eventually went ahead with the wedding day…

 

 I (Lily) connected co-consciously with Jess who temporarily re-took her ascended animal form to be the one who ‘married’ them in the ceremony ...think magical talking animal (like Aslan) but a black winged dog!  ….that way I could see through her eyes the couple as they came up the aisle with their little page boy and bridesmaids. 

 

It was a long session of intense fantasising and did leave me quite exhausted afterwards but we all enjoyed it! 😃

 

At the end of the day after the others went to sleep we temporarily put them in stasis so I could get a rest and had quite a few important real-world stuff that was getting further and further behind with so Kitty came to the front to help sort out the admin stuff. 

 

Technically we only see ourselves as Lily-Kate (LK) when we have had to integrate to act as one (the legal body/personality) such as when dealing with other external people face-to-face.  Kitty has more 'NT people skills' so she is the more dominant personality when we are dealing with stuff ‘as the legal body’.  Because we’re a covert system and no-one in outside world knows about the others…Jess acts as gatekeeper at this time and makes sure the others stay inside during an official appointment.

 

This makes sure Kitty also gets to spend time with her internal family. The others (Angelo, Luna, Bear) don’t have the same level of awareness of the external life as myself. Kitty, & Jess….so when outside life gets really busy we can essentially put the others in stasis so they don’t ‘miss us’ in the inner world

 

When ever Kitty goes back in ….Angelo and the youngest kids just think they have woken the next morning! They are effectively Kitty’s Tulpa’s and were created specifically to be her ‘inner world family’. 

 

Phoenix (NIxy) & Star can stay out separately they often choose to go deeper into the inner world to disappear. ..they are companions and spend alot of time together…sometimes they come to the front and blend with myself and Jess to be able to play a video game with us (Star with me and Nixy with Jess)…often when we get a new open world game to explore then when they return inside they’ll create a new holodeck program based on the game for them to play in and continue creating their own adventure. 

 

I’m happy with how things are at the minute. we’re managing to find a balance between living in the outside world and keeping the inner world alive.

Jess here… am back at front co-hosting…. we enjoyed the wedding. I enjoyed being a dog again but especially one that can now talk. (host told me about Aslan and we watched a film about Narnia before the wedding). 

 

I do admit the fun of being a changeling is the ability to change from one form to another …watching Phoenix strip off into swimwear (the wedding was on a beach) and run into the sea switching first into a mermaid then a dolphin was amazing..I did the same but ran into the sea as a dog then transformed into a dolphin…came out as human! 

 

Kitty doesn’t have this ability she is a human spirit (walk-in) who has always been in a human body. She has chosen to stay that way and created Angelo as her partner he also doesn’t have the ability.  They did also have a swim and a boat ride though. 

 

Now we have got some real world stuff sorted and having a long slow easy easter weekend…Kitty has returned into the wonderland to go on her ‘honeymoon’ with Angelo. They’ve gone to have an Indiana Jones type adventure together in our Holodecks that host created for them after watching YT video of the game.  

 

I don't know if all Tulpa’s have access to Holodecks but our host is a big fan of Star Trek and has always created their own holodecks in our wonderland of adventures often based off films (or more recently the massive open world video games that are available due to advancing technology)so as well as our ‘home hub’ where we all live inside we also have a couple of holodeck suites..one just for the ‘littles’ ..  stuff like 100 acre wood (Winnie the Pooh) or animal crossing island… and others for adults..these aren’t ‘sexual’ as none of us have a sexual relationship with our host but they may have more ‘scary content’ like monsters from film/video game adventures that the youngest would find frightening but that teens and older alters/Tulpa’s enjoy.

 

We’re all like one big happy family in there… I feel lucky that we were all created based on someone very important and loved by our host. Angelo and Bear were created by Kitty more recently but host approved and helped as they are based on people also loved by host. They haven’t achieved full sentience yet.. some Tulpa’s take longer than others and it depends what their goals/preferences are. 

 

I have lived inside for many years but always in animal form it has taken me many years to reach the point of being able to take and hold human form long enough to co-host in the outside world and to be able to take control of the physical body to do stuff like typing this myself. I am grateful for my hosts patience and devotion and allowing me to choose my own form and speed of development. 

 

so this weekend host and I are just trying out a couple of new video games to see if they’d make good holodeck programs ..and eating Easter Eggs!!  😀

So Easter is a time of re-incarnation for us and if the Alters (past social mask hosts) are going to integrate at all Easter is usually the time. we had recently been having a difficult time and the self (Lily) had re-split to 12. (Tulpa’s remain unchanged as they are ’not a version of self’).

 

However this Easter Sunday we managed re-integration again…this has to be voluntary and when they are ready otherwise it just doesn’t work… sometimes it doesn't work because they tried to integrate in the wrong order or they find they don’t like it and want to remain seperate.  

 

Phoenix - our first ever changeling (from very early childhood) is the master of this ceremony!  It has been decided we need her to always remain seperate otherwise we will lose our ability to adapt to whatever life throws our way..I believe she is a (trauma) alter split before the age of 7 but she prefers to identify as a Tulpa Changeling so we respect that. 

 

Star  - her companion is one of our original child alters (pre 7yo split) in the past known as ‘Bobby’  but have chosen ‘Star’ as their Tulpa name. They are an age-slider and can front. They have what we call ‘emergency executive control’ and can take over the front in an emergency as can Phoenix to protect us but these days it is rarely needed we live a quiet and isolated life. They mainly come out just to check out new video games then go and recreate them in the Holodecks. They sometimes like to front for walks with the dog but  myself or Kitty has to get them to the ‘quiet place’ first and make sure no-one else is about…they are very elusive! 

 

Our last remaining child is who I (as daily host) see as ‘my inner child’ ..she was our first child 'social mask' who dealt with starting school and the increasing social expectations…she’s very shy..prefers to be around 6-8 years old and is now calling herself ‘Luna’ she also prefers to be seperate and to identify as a Tulpa to remain inside with Kitty and Angelo.  Bear was created to be her ‘baby brother’ (when he takes human form) but also is a changeling so he can also live independantly as an animal when Kitty is needed out front. Luna is always a human child but Star carries the ability to change form.  ...I believe its because (like Phoenix) they are a part directly connected to the ‘Hyperphantasia’ part of the brain and they also have more autistic/adhd behaviours than any other ‘alter' has ever had. 

 

We all agreed it was essential these ‘cobuds' remained seperate (as a bare minimum) for us to be able to function but also these ones have been around for so long together on the inside they see themselvelves as ‘family’ to each other…. other no longer needed past social mask alters (all smaller more fragmentated parts who had never developed full seperate identiies) have re-integrated with me (Lily) so I can look back and see the whole life as mine as I have their memories.  

 

Some chunks of memory are missing as I have had two stroke-like episodes (have Functional Neurological Disorder too) but I have enough past life memories to feel like I have lived an whole life and to be able to see myself as one person who has a family of Tulpa’s inside!  It has taken almost 56 (in a couple of months) years to reach this point without any official therapy for dissociative disorders.

 

I’m now working on writing a story about our life but haven’t yet decided whether to make it autobiographical or just a fantasy story!
