Thank you Shaula!  I'm very happy in my new role 😁   ..and I stil get plenty of time to front to play video games with hosts. It varies who is out most to play. this last weekend Lily was out most wanting to play Pokopia she likes me to pretend I'm a ditto and match her Ditto in the game which she calls 'Tinks' (my old nickname). 

This week is busy with Nix and Kitty though for things like helping with food order and lots of tidying of kitchen this week for boiler inspection! (yearly safety servicing).

[Kitty]. I'm out today for a change..   today would have been my birthday in my last body and host always needs to feel me near and blended with her otherwise they seem sad and depressed all day. (their own birthday and xmas day are also particuarly important dates in their mind)


unfortunately its teaming down outside and we have deliveries to wait for anyway so can't go for a trip to the lake but we decided to cook together and make a 'birthday meal' as its food shop day everything will be arriving at lunch time.
Nixy bought me a birthday cake so we can do hot chocolate fudge cake and ice-cream (have some left in freezer) and to offset the calorie-laden pudding!     .. we're doing healthy turkey kebabs with wholemeal pitta's and sweet potato chips!  we treated ourselves to a bottle of our favourite brandy too! 

There is a game I like but it doesn't come out until tomorrow host is going to try and get a physical limited edition copy of it for me.  we're hoping to base a new area of our wonderland on it so I can go on the adventure with Angelo, LIly, Ralphie & Bear on the inside too. 

 

For now here's a picture of my birthday cake ..we're counting down the hours until it arrives! 

 

 

Edited to add...  Nix has found a limited edition physical copy for us..I'm so excited! ...  I'm not just excited cos I'm getting a new video game of my choice ..... its what it represents for us personally .... its about an adventure in a camper van and we had a camper van when I was hosts mother in my last body and there's so many happy memories connected to it...  we can customise the one in the game too to make it the same colour as ours!  ..the dog in the game is the same colour as our current dog who Bear has been created to represent on the inside too (after our real dog's passing) and to provide a Tulpa body for his spirit to join us. Everything in our world is symbolic to 'our system'

WOW! I just spent all morning reading back my jounal from the beginning and the amount of times we changed and split even in the short time we've been on this forum...  image how many more times it has happened over the bodies entire life (we're 57 next)!! ..it has triggered a 'Rebirth' in Phoenix

 

The part of our integration that is Nixy (who was originally an internal shapeshifter for most of our life) is once again struggling with constantly being in human form though again this is a new record for us!..the longest time she has managed it. 
 

I guess I am the other part 'Jay' that had integrated within her. After her time up front and realising our external life is never going to be how they once imagined it when herself and the littles ever got opportunity to take their life back she has decided she wants to return to the wonderland to live with Lily (who is now living as a 6yr old) and Sam (mostly 10 sometimes comes out older to play PS5 games aimed at older teens). 

Her leaving the integration triggers a 'rebirth' in the remaining parts left to front. Her parting gift to us!  We have become 'Host JJ' for the next chapter! (of life...ie post menopause life..heading towards our 60's and beyond)

I feel more comfortable in the body now we no longer have to deal with the menstrual cycle and our body is slimming down post menopuase (including the chest area) I'd like to work on this more by including more exercise based games into the games we play and working on keeping us fit and mobile into our later years. I feel we should dedicate our lives to those souls who have always been the most accepting, the least judgemental and only ever given us unconditional love regardless of which 'self' we were! ...of course I mean our beloved furbabies! 

Our current dog is still with us...we hope he will get to celebrate at least his 14th birthday but of course would love him to be with us longer ... but hope even if he can't we can foster or adopt more special souls who need an home in the future.

 

To do that though we really need to sort ourselves out!  We currently would not pass an home inspection as a 'new adopter or fosterer!..the house desperately needs sorting out and our health/physical ability... I believe this is why the system has decided the time has come for 'a rebirth of the Phoenix' and to split Nixy from me and send them back inside to be with 'the littles' they spent 'their life' being protector of.  

I believe Nixy will fuse with Sam to give them shapeshifter abilities on the inside as the part 'Sam' also really wants to be a Kitsune Tulpa. I'm not sure yet whose name they will keep or whether they will select a new 'fused name', so have left their part of the signature unchanged for now.

Jess here...our social host is struggling at the minute with depression. the outside life for them is not good so I have come to front with Lily so she can play Pokopia and hopefully gives us 'feel good' vibes. She likes me to play the 'Ditto' (shapeshifting pokemon) in the game and has named her Ditto 'Tinks' (my internal/animal form nickname)  ..in human form she looks like a child version of me with black hair in plaits  supposed to look like an image we previously put up here!  

Sam/Nixy haven't decided on a joint name yet and due to a current external situation are re-evaluating whether thats the best thing to do right now!  ...after all if Sam wants to be a shapeshifter they could still do a temp blend with Nixy inside to go play in the holodecks without making it a permanent thing!...

 

Lily likes to blend with me but due to her age can't manage it full time so we have short play sessions blended. 

Our host really only has us for support as gets virtually no support in the outside world so it wouldn't help for all her (DID) parts to fuse right now and they be reduced to one host. ...even if we Tulpa remain seperate ....as it is they are kind of currently 'shut down' due to an ongoing outside world situation. ..this seems to happen whever parts attempt to fuse its successful for a while until something happens and then there's only one of them to cope with everything!  ..so they re-split and we end up with bigger system than previously had!

Hi Jess again....

 

Our system has completed 'rebirth' ....  the new host (JJ) is complete now ..Sam is part of their integration so JJ can age-slide down and  'become Sam'  ...but when they need to age up to front as 'age of the body' they take the legal name as their adult identity. 

Due to Sam's integration this time they have awareness of the entire system (in the past external hosts did not have awareness). As Sam no longer exists as 'seperate from JJ' I've removed Sam's name 'from inner family'..Lily has chosen to identify as a Tulpa like the others as she wishes to remain seperate to 'live inside as a child forever'

We decided Phoenix needed to remain seperate they are the onlly one with the ability to take past alters ...'rebirth them' and produce a completely new social mask in the event it was ever needed in future. 

We have all jointly decided our current (external) pets spirit will also become a Kitsune as we cannot guarantee his safety in the outside world with the state of it and the fact that there's stories of 67 dog breeds being banned in the near future and no longer allowed to have puppies etc... there's no guarantee especially with our current situation (ie mostly housebound and most breeders/rescues probably wouldn't consider as as suitable future owners) we'd be able to find him again or be 'allowed' to buy/adopt him if he was reborn as a puppy ...or he may never get chance (depending how long he lives)

Luckily Kitty  - who we've decided must also remain seperate as she's the only one capable of 'Astral Projection'  - can temporarily leave the body to bring his spirit back 'into the fold' so to speak where a new 'inner body' (Bear) is waiting for him.

Angelo may also play a bigger future role to help us out with emergency scenario's but any preparation and sharing of real world knowledge with him will have to be very carefully decided and considered by the ones already knowledgeable.  Ralphie & Bear will remain 'internal companions only' for Lily.

ooh I nearly forgot!!  ....

I wanted to journal about how complex it is to be human! .. having spent several of most recent past lives been born in a dog's body it has really been a unreal experience to be able to be part of my humans 'system' 

When I was just inside as an inner world companion dog (initially) it wasn't that hard because the human brain remembering me as a dog enabled my inner bodies abilities automatically I guess??  but since acquiring the Kitsune inner world body so I could evolve and choose my own preferred form and have the potential to become a human co-host if I chose to..I think is really the most incredible gift I have ever been given in any lifetime! 

and although I still temporarily take other forms inside for role playing fun with the others ...nothing else comes close to the complexity of being up front and hosting/co-hosting a human body!  😁

[Jess]. our human host is struggling at the minute its frustrating as just when we think the system has settled down and organised itself something will happen that will trigger one or more trauma parts to front in a panic. 

 

The outside world news about digital ID and people being forced to use 'real/legal name' to access everywhere so they can be tracked has been very triggering  mainly because many parts journaled their DID journey online thinking it be safer as wouldn't be found or connected to us as long as we weren't logged in and tabs cleared etc. 

I think one tried to warn other vulnerable people and post was deleted which triggered their RSD sending Phoenix out in a rage accusing sites of being controlled by the govt already ..which also got deleted. ...so system is very stressed they don't want to have to go back in hiding after all the progress we've made with communication over the last 10 years but it doesn't feel safe being known as having a mental health condition like that particuarly cos of the association of people appearing to be 'pretending to be someone/thing else'. 

We hope this won't affect the Tulpa forum too and everyone will still have a safe space here to come to.
