(Host). Kitty has told me Angelo reallly enjoyed the Indiana Jones Holodeck but he also envies the abilities of the changelings. The fact that he is starting to have such thoughts & feelings and compare himself to other insiders proves his increasing awareness and sentience. As he is a 'created (from scratch) Tulpa' and not actually a ‘past human host’… we could give him a changeling body so he could also switch like Bear and the two of them be able to get full use of the Holodecks for when KItty and Luna were up front.  

 

We’ve asked Nixy and Star to work on that with him as Kitty is needed out front at the minute to help us with some admin we’ve got a lot of paperwork, and tidying etc to get done this week and an external appointment next week that she is needed for too…so a busy couple of weeks!

[Jess]. when I was a dog in my hosts life the main host when we were home alone together was an alter called Kit, along with one called Bobby we spent alot of time together. with them both being the most autistic our bond was even closer than it was with the ‘social mask host’ (the one I went out in public with or one who fronted when other people came into our home).

 

After the host body experienced a stroke during the pandemic Kit was no longer able to front…. Kitty (who had previously been called Kate the hosts mums ascended spirit) allowed that part to fuse within her to ‘carry her’ for a while bringing her to the front everytime they came to front and allowing them to at least experience life passively. After doing this for over a year…. the 'original Kit' has recovered enough and regained enough strength  to take full control of the body again!  

 

This has changed the whole system dynamic and mood as Kit was previously the lead alter who had the knowledge to deal with emergencies etc.

 

Now Kitty was really liking the name ‘Kitty’ and because Angelo and Bear have no awareness of the external world and only know her as Kitty  ….the ‘original Kit’ has decided to change their name…as we often use ‘Host JJ’ as a online nickname on some DID sites they decided Jay should re-fuse with Kit and also the remaining ‘Bobby parts’ that had stayed seperate from ‘Star’.  

 

Star can still exist as a seperate 10yr old child/changeling Tulpa - Star is then essentially their ‘inner child’, (in human form they look similar to Link as in Tears of the Kingdom) Luna is Lily’s ‘inner child’ and Bear is mine as that Tulpa body will eventually host the spirit of our current dog who I helped train with host in my last earth body.

 

If anything happens to the (external sibling) during hosts lifetime Star will take his human child appearance (as a 7-10yr old) instead in memory of him, if he outlives us then they will remain looking like Link as thats how child alter ‘Bobby' saw their inner body. 

 

So there’s a new positivity in the system and I’m really happy to be reunited with my old buddies and be able to work with them daily again!  😀

We have had an unexpected integration…. Luna, Nixy & Star have become one and named themself ‘Zelda’. They worked together to create their characters image on Oblivian (PC/PS5 game) They have Star’s love of pointy ears and Link’s wild child image (enjoying running round in game with bare feet and ragged/dirty clothes) but more feminine and older (have silvery/white hair) but are an age-slider. They tend to be teen-early 20’s. We think this is their way of processing the body aging and the fact we’re developing ’silvery highlights’ in our brown hair. (body is mid 50’s). I’ve no idea how long this will last we have had integrations and temporary fusions before which later split. However even if they do split again they each tend to have learned something more from the experience. 

 

Angelo’s personality seems to be developing more at the monent he’s also enjoying being an adventurer and currently enjoying playing Indiana Jones in our inner holodeck based on the video game.

 

Video games have often been used by our system members to help them process information and feelings via another character. It’s also helped our Tulpa’s develop their own personalities by being able to safely explore different options via video game characters they create without causing disruption to the external life from them fronting and experimenting. 

 

Bear is temporarily in stasis while the others complete their transformations, otherwise it gets far too exhausting as Kitty has been needed (fronting) to help alot with external life as well recently. 

 

I’m (host) hoping for a nice long lazy weekend as its been a long week and I’m exhausted!

[Kitty]. we haven’t done an update for a while so thought I’d update while I’m out. 

 

The littles did re-split after they’d had their fun however we do have a new blending of some of Lily's past social mask hosts…they are re-integrating with Lily as we speak ..it has been decided ‘Lily’ will be the official personality of the body ..so to speak who answers to the legal name in face-to-face interactions. ‘Lily' will be her online nickname…. as far as the outside world goes….the rest of us do not technically exist! ..only Lily can see and hear us and know we exist ..(plus you guys on here of course who all have your own Tulpa’s!) 

 

I will still come and help Lily with official appointments and stuff like money and household management but my main duty is to be caretaker of our insiders.  We believe the hosts ‘littles’ to be  ‘the core’.. if they fuse then there will be no more ‘originals’ to create new splits from if needed in future so they must remain seperate from the host that the outside world see’s as the ‘personality of the body'

 

How our system works is Lily is a split from Luna she just stayed out longer and ‘grew up’ more. Lily also now has multiple parts re-integrated and fused with her. During the teens we needed many social masks sometimes a new one every day to deal with the bullying so we had many who only masked a day or a week then were never seen again..some lasted a couple of years. Very few are still with us now ..Yuna, Jay, Sue went dormant for over 30 years so they survived but got re-triggered by Peri-menopause. …they are all now re-integrating with Lily. 

 

From my viewpoint as the soul who was the host’s mother in my last life (I’m a human spirit walk-in) ..all the different parts of my daughter are finally fusing to become one…except for her youngest inner children (Luna & Star) To keep them seperate we created Tulpa bodies for them inside to re-integrate with instead of just re-integrating with the adult host. 

 

NIxy is a changeling …created by the core child alter ‘Bobby’ (now called ‘Star' - who she see’s as her creator/master) back in the 1970’s. She also chose to remain a ‘Tulpa’ rather than be part of the 'final host’ fusion. Her favourite animal to be is a Tiger but sometimes she will be a red panda so Star or Luna can hold/cuddle her for a while. She tends to like animals that are mainly orange/red. If she wants to fly round she will be a Phoenix or a red/orange coloured dragon. She is the Protector of the system.

 

Angelo and Bear are our most recent 'created from scratch Tulpa’ We have given them both changeling bodies so they can also have fun in the wonderland with the others choosing to be animal or human.  When they do take human form they take the form as my husband (Angelo) and (Bear) my son between 4-7yo. ..Luna often likes him to be a teddy bear then dresses him up..so he looks like the characters from Animal Crossing etc but he also enjoys being a panda! 😀

 

Inca/Jess is also a walk-in spirit. In spirit form she was originally a dog but once we learned how to intentionally create Tulpa Changeling bodies she can also take human form and has learned to co-host and front, how to use arms and legs and speak. She has undergone the biggest transformation of us all. Nixy was her tutor in the early days but now Jess often chooses to be out front with host. ..though still returns inside (when host needs to rest) to do dragon racing inside with Nixy.

 

Like her canine body form she chooses to be a mostly black dragon with a small streak of white down her chest. In human form she has long black hair but prefers hosts blue eyes to her original brown eyes. They often blend to become one host using ‘Jessy-lee’ as their online joined name..and also often for video game characters  ..(the ‘lee' coming from Lily’s name spelt phonetically ..’lil..lee’) They did consider other spellings/combinations but didn’t like them as much visually given they would be exclusively using it online only on text based communication groups

 

Lily will be back out front when the fusion process has completed. Jess is loooking after the littles for me inside while I attend the yearly medication review today (which is why I’m out front today) as Nixy is needed to oversee the fusion process.

Hi Lily here!…I forgot to come back and update once fusion had completed! 

 

Things got busy with our dog having another one of those vestibular episodes and we’re having problems with our phone line..or rather our special minicom we use to phone hearing people (doctor, vets) etc does not work on the new digital VOIP system..it’s been mostly myself with Kitty trying to sort out the mundane daily life stuff like this...not much time to play or create new holodeck programs for the others. 

 

The nurse never turned up for the medication review so we’re still waiting for someone so Kitty has to come back to the front for a couple of hours everyday (well Mon-Fri) incase today is the day they turn up at the time they usually do! ..as they can’t phone us and we can’t phone them due to issues mentioned above and they won’t accept email we’re stuck at their mercy for whenever they have the time to remember we’re still waiting for someone to turn up! 

 

so we’re a bit fed up as we can’t get ‘lost in our wonderland’ with active role play while ever there’s a possibility that someone could come to the door at any minute ….but otherwise we’re ok… we’ll be relieved when it reaches 5pm tomorrow as it then means no-one will be coming until after 9am Monday so the little’s can safely come out to play. 

 

Anyway best get dressed before 9am! …technically they can turn up anytime between 9am-5pm on any weekday. ..it’s a pain!

[Lily - Host]  I really feel having Tulpa’s has helped with the dissociation it’s a shame it’s so frowned upon with the ‘traumagenic DID community’. 

 

I feel its helped ‘this me’ feel more whole as a person and the one who the body belongs to (legally). 

Our littles are now no longer two seperate littles inside. Luna has integrated with me Lily, Star has chosen to re-integrate with Phoenix…they can still come out as a seperate host. (I return inside when Nixy takes the front)

 

I ‘Lily’ am effectively ’the legal self’ who matches what is on record about ’the legal body’ and the one who deals with the outside world.  Phoenix is now ’the private self’  - the one who’d rather be just playing video games and having our dogs for company  - both the real life one and our ‘Jess’ who more often returned to her canine form (Inca) when hanging out with Nixy & Star inside. 

 

so for Jess also its like her past form is her ‘private self’ (just for us to see) and ‘Jess’ is her public self that comes to the front to help me by co-hosting.

 

Kitty also still plays a part in communication & participation in the external world...mainly in a more official role for things like appointments or social events. Although we don’t have many these days as we get tired quickly and recovery takes several days due to the chronic fatigue. She helps me maintain the mask that family and neighbours see as ‘me’. ..the polite quietly spoken 56 yr old woman who doesn’t get out much due to ME & Arthritis…we don’t discuss our inner world or things like autism with external people in our day-to-day life. people are far too judgemental these days! 

 

As Star and NIxy are now integrated as one and identify as ’the core autistic self’ they take care of communication in groups/forums specifically for autism…and other than occasionally posting within video game groups if they’re stuck in a game they rarely interact with the outside world these days by choice. they don’t like the summer months when streets are busier and filled with kids constantly screaming and running up and down as they tend to be more sound sensitive and it triggers rage in them.  

 

They tend to be more active during the winter months they have an higher physical pain threshold so when our arthirtis is bad due to freezing weather its more like to be them at the front as it gets too cold and painful for me. I will change our signature and put them as an Host also as our roles will change when the winter weather hits us here. 

 

Angelo & Bear still exist inside… Angelo is still Kitty’s partner and they like to relive their ‘courting days’ and travel around the world (via our internal holodecks that are exact copies of programs about places from TV). 

 

Bear is still really early stage development… He hasn’t found his 'preferred form' yet.  He’s not yet aware there’s a world outside the inner wonderland & flits between being various animals or Kitty’s son (at toddler age) to please whoever he is with..

 

Now Angelo has reached the stage he’s currently happy with his identity they will be working with Bear more to help him discover who he wants to be…with our ‘littles’ essentially ‘grown up’ they willl have more time to dedicate to Bear’s development.

I (Lily) was reading through our past posts from the first page and it created a sadness feeling inside I asked what was wrong..Kitty missed the ‘littles’ they gave her purpose and made our inner world come alive. 

 

Our life in the outside world is so quiet now due to being housebound and not physically able to manage much that we don’t need so many of us to be integrated with the front to get through the day.  

 

Nixy was struggling to hold human form after a trying for a week continously and was absolute desperate to break off and fly round the inside as a dragon to let off steam (or fire) …they disbanded and re-split first.  

 

Once Star was separate again they needed Luna on the inside too to be happy again so Luna split off from me. 

 

We don’t see this as a failure as its a new record for us! ..it’s the smallest number we’ve got down to and the longest we’ve managed to maintain it but we felt more and more depressed as time passed. It’s clear our brain gets a huge dopamine hit from the inner world and the others existing and playing in it. (even if I as host am not consciously aware of it on the outside).

 

We have found our Tulpa being changeling an important way of getting rid of frustration as they can ‘run with it’ to the inner world ..transforming along the way and flying fast round the inside as dragons or something…It’s a good way of getting rid of negative emotions within the system/body.

 

Now everyone has split off and got rid of the pent up frustrations …everyone is feeling a lot lighter and happier!

We have discovered something..we hadn’t realised before.  I mean I knew it was possible that I ‘Lily’ had some kind of dissociation disorder but thought I was the host but it seems I’m only kinda the host within our small subsystem!  The one’s in our signature on this board are just a subsystem and not ‘all of us’. 
I thought the one’s I thought I remembered from the past had just integrated but it seems they didn't want to and have split off to create their own subsystem!!!  

I looked to see if anyone had made notes in the journal or anything they hadn’t but someone has reactivated an old FB account of the last host to not know of us at all and joined a DID group for the last week describing how they found themself at the front. 

Jess told me she was covertly watching them as the gatekeeper in her previous form because of course they don’t know her as Jess or believe who we know as ‘Jess’ was possible ..as that host it seems doesn't believe in Tulpa’s. ..It seems they are one of the past ‘socially programmed’ hosts. I asked Jess why she didn't switch us back in sooner she said she couldn’t find me! ....it had happened due to a milder medical episode..she had decided to play along with helping the ‘old host' find others who could help her so she could be kept up to date with who was found and move ‘her family’ - ie us!…. back into a seperate area to let us know who we were and help us re-take the front again.   

The ‘old host’ seems to have automatically returned to stasis so have got Nixy and Star to ‘relocate her’ to a more remote part of the inner world and shield it so she can’t get triggered back to the front again! 
Anyway I don't seem to be any worse off physically except I can’t remember any of the last week but Jess can fill me in.  
 

 

[Jess]. ..I was going to step in to host after realising I couldn’t find Lily or Kitty but when I got to the front there was another (different) host already there!…. I hid in the background reading their posts until I worked out what was safe to appear as before ‘appearing’ to them.

I kind of found it exciting to be a ‘double agent’ super dog for a while  but after a bit I felt sad because I knew that host didn’t really believe in me and what I could be or do to help. ..I didn't know how much of a transformation (in me) would freak her out ..as she was clearly one of the ones programmed to appear NT at all costs ...so when I got opportunity to be sent to look inside for the others (like a search and rescue dog!) I took it so I could transform and get deeper inside to find ‘my family’. ..I’m so relieved I managed to save all the ones that believe in me and bring us all back together again!  ..and that I can front to eat chocolate, play video games and cuddle our real life dog again!

[Jess] well we’ve had a surprise today… Star has decided they wanted to grow up and be an adult host..they don’t like that most of the main hosts are all ‘girly’ and they're more tomboyish they feel there’s no 'adult self’ that represents them or their interests. 

They came and asked me if I’d be hurt if they took the name of another past dog (as Star still calls me by my old nickname ‘Tinks’  - from InkyTinks) when they still lived at home who had been the family pet when they last came out when visiting ‘home’ ..I told them I didn't mind at all I remember Sam too I met him in his last year when I was a young pup (in my last life) and our host at the time had gone to dog sit (he had stayed at family home where sibling lived at time with their partner) for the weekend so they could go away.

 

But ’Sam’ also signifies a difficult period of time as they hadn’t had him long when the hosts mum had died so he had been a great comfort to the host and the littles…the host had also been diagnosed with autism during that time period…which had initially triggered Star out with more autistic behaviour after being around other autistic people more for a period. .. but it also means that Star has finished processing the trauma from that time period and changing their name to Sam is a form of symbolism to them that they have achieved that and also to honour the original Sam’s memory. 

Everyone seems to be in a reminiscing mood this weekend!…Nixy took the form of the dog before Sam for Kitty all weekend with Bear as host’s sibling as a toddler… so far Luna has stayed under 10.  (she’s Lily’s ‘inner child’) She did try a temporary blend with Lily before but missed the inside too much. 

I really don’t mind who I co-host with! I get on great with all ‘our family' I don’t mind doing a bit of cooking with Kitty either (though video games are more fun!   )

Jess has suprised us once again!

 

This last weekend we were watching video’s on YT looking for other games similar to Breath of the Wild but with character creation so she could choose her look and we came across the game ‘TChia' which has alot of similar elements but features a young female child of colour as the protagonist. I was about to dismiss the game as there was no character creation when suddenly Jess said ‘This feels more like me as a human child’ 

‘Does it?’ I said surprised!  ..when Jess takes human form to blend and co-host she is usually a white female..she has her black hair to symbolise her previously having black fur (as a dog) but blue eyes like the rest of us have. (same as the body) and looks similar to what I did as a teen (in the face) but with longer black hair
 

‘do you want to play this game?’ I asked her 

‘yes! ....for fun!’ she said ‘and you can see how the soul can jump!’  

Uh? ....I’d completely missed that on the video!... so rewatched where she’d spotted it then realised she liked the game because the character was similar to a changeling and could switch between the two! (human child - animal and back again)…though in the game her soul ‘jumps’ into the animal rather than her body transforming into that of another animal. (I think it maybe based on an ancient belief of that tribe)

Still I was surprised she identified with a child from another culture entirely (the game is based on the lifestyle of a real culture in the southern hemisphere) I guess she could have also been influenced by her previous name (Inca - she was originally created in the image of my last dog who passed) and my interest in the Incans of Macchu Pichu.  .. and we do like watching documentaries about remote tribes in various parts of the world. 

 

This morning she has drawn our attention to the picture of a child in the image below of which she see’s ‘her child self’ It’s kind of like she has compromised (compared to the cartoon image of Tchia based on a real tribe who look more similar to Maori tribes etc). 

 

 

The skin is lighter and she still has blue eyes but she still looks like a child from another culture (to the bodies). She can change her eye colour and skin is more olive colour than our skin she also ages up and down she still seems to be experimenting to find her exact ‘look’ but she basically uses this picture as her ‘human base’ and stays looking somewhat similar to the litle girl in this pic.  

I think she’s actually trying to emulate what she might look like as a child if she had been the daughter of myself with someone from the Inca tribe (descendants of who still exist today in Peru).

The litle grey streaks in her hair are to imitate the grey streaks appearing in my hair I think! It’s interesting she considers that if she was a child I would be her mother! ..or maybe she just wants to combine what she see’s as her heritage from a past life with her desire to be a part of me? Though I do still refer to as her ‘my girl’ when talking to other people about her. 

She’s also decided she wants to go back to being called “Inca’ even when she is in human form as she feels the name reflects her 'past life history' better than the name ‘Jess’ does.

 

Jess has also mentioned that she feels more love from me when I’m mentioning the name ‘Inca’ or calling her by her old nickname than when I’m typing ‘Jess’ (as it’s not what we actually call her within the system its kind of just ‘a forum name’) - she’s now also describing herself as a ’soul jumper’ rather than a ‘changeling’!  

I think the reason she wants me to play this game with her is because she’s trying to show me how it would have been possible for her soul/spirit to have jumped from her ‘old body’ when it died..into mine to stay witih me! 

This scenario is not something I had consciously thought up to ‘role play’ with ‘my Tulpa'!  This is coming from Inca herself!
