You can't just pull up another open program from the windows bar, you have to forcefully minimize Mumble because it takes overlaying priority over every other program. IMO Teamspeak is vastly superior.

IMO Teamspeak is vastly superior. The server was down last night due to a power outage. Everything is up and running again as of now. The service used for Tulpa VoIP is not up for debate. If you cannot accept this, you can set up your own server. All registered users will need to re-register, as the server messed up all of the certificates.
