Mabus November 26, 2012 November 26, 2012 Tulpa Mumble address: 67.169.45.201 Port: 64738 I fully expect the server to be up 24/7 By default, I am limited to 100 users on Mumble. Any mods/owners/mods/etc here who want to join the mumble can have admin rights (just pm me through the forums). Any suggestions for new channels should be posted in this thread. Unfortunately, I was unable to set SuperUser for Mumble, so it is currently an experiment in anarchy. Rules: No mic spamming Keep chat on topic in Tulpa Channel I will keep this post updated with any relevant details. Working on the SuperUser for the mumble server, hang tight. Mumble not yet confirmed working. If someone could attempt to connect and then pm me the results, that would be awesome. Fixed the mumble Phased out the TeamSpeak. Nobody was using it, and it wasn't nearly as good as the mumble is. 12/2/2012 2 power outages today resulted in some downtime for the mumble server. As of 8:55 pm (GMT -8:00), the server is fully operational (and completely empty :(). Due to the fact that my router appears to be severely throttling my connection speed, I will be unable to host the mumble until it is fixed. All of my posts, as well as any posts authored by my tulpa(s), are completely fabricated. Nothing I write is to be taken as either fact or evidence of fact.
Chupi November 26, 2012 November 26, 2012 Don't we already have a Skype group? Lyra: human female, ~17 Evan: boy, ~14, was an Eevee Anera: anime-style girl, ~12; Lyra made her My blog :: Time expectations are bad (forcing time targets are good though)
QB2 November 26, 2012 November 26, 2012 Teamspeak/Mumble are very different than Skype. The most personally notable difference being that I would join a Teamspeak/Mumble server. The above post does not contain facts. q2's the host, QB's the tulpa.
Viceroy November 27, 2012 November 27, 2012 Isn't Ventrilo supposed to be massively better than Teamspeak? Mumble is better than both.
Mabus November 27, 2012 Author November 27, 2012 Isn't Ventrilo supposed to be massively better than Teamspeak? Mumble is better than both. I would need to pay for mumble. That is not an option right now. I'll look into ventrilo. All of my posts, as well as any posts authored by my tulpa(s), are completely fabricated. Guest November 27, 2012 November 27, 2012 Or, you know, you could just host the Mumble server yourself. I would, had it not been for the Minecraft server.
Mabus November 28, 2012 Author November 28, 2012 The mumble appears to be mostly operational. If you find that it is not, please either pm me or post here. Additionally, anyone who can give me good, extremely explicit instructions on how to get the SuperUser working on mumble gets admin rights on both services. Please pm these instructions, do not post them here. All of my posts, as well as any posts authored by my tulpa(s), are completely fabricated. Nothing I write is to be taken as either fact or evidence of fact.
VforVendetta November 29, 2012 November 29, 2012 Personally, I think that ventrilo is the easiest to use. You can create your own channels, and it's basically a push to talk system if you don't get it you're retarded, but for those imbeciles, it's: where you push a button and then talk, and let go to stop talking. Simple enough. Ermahgerd Ver fer Vernderterr
