Squir December 6, 2012 December 6, 2012 I use Trend Micro Titanium 2012 (my mate got it for me, he's paranoid about viruses), and today when I came here, I got a warning in Firefox from Trend Micro's plug-in, saying that Tulpa.info was a dangerous site or something. Screenshot is the attachment. Anything fishy been going on? Or maybe it was the way the antivirus's algorithms work, associating this website with some of the deeper internet stuff (you know), and thus possibly more questionable stuff than the average person would be comfortable with... Guest Anonymous December 7, 2012 December 7, 2012 There is a possibility that this site has been infected by some sort of malware, but I personally would pin it on Trend Micro being a bag of male genitalia. Edit: Removed reaction image posted in inappropriate forum area ~Chupi
Pleeb December 8, 2012 December 8, 2012 Norton starts raising red flags on this site too (causing me to have to register with them -- eventually), as well as some other anti-virus programs. My best guess is due to the .info extension (as least this is the case for a few AVs). I'll have to take the time to register the site as 'safe' for these various AV programs, but this will have to wait until after the redesign. If you have an AV that's setting off red flags, let me know, and I'll be sure to contact them. Spoiler An image in a signature behind a hidden tag!
Chupi December 11, 2012 December 11, 2012 I think Pleeb hit the nail on the head. There's so few legit .info sites, it makes more sense to whitelist them and block everything else.
