Hawaiian May 30, 2012 May 30, 2012 Total elapsed time: 10 hours. Name: Kate Form: Pony Rainbow Dash Gender: Female Current status: Personality I am using a bunch of compiled methods forged by the community, in order to shape Kate. Feel free to ask what methods I incorporate on my blog. (siggy) I already have a book in which I log my daily findings, so posting here is merely to show my progress in simple terms. After I complete my tulpa, I will create a guide on how I did it, what methods I use, and why. Until then! Blog Current Tulpa status: Debating whether or not to restart tulpa forcing... ;__;

Guest May 31, 2012 May 31, 2012 Well, I don't have a tumblr, but consider this asking about your methods.
Hawaiian June 1, 2012 Author June 1, 2012 I think a post per 10 hours is in order. Lets start with my tulpa’s personality. Her name is Kate, she has the body of Rainbow Dash from MLP;FiM. However her personality is fresh and different. I use a compilation of methods posted by fellow forum members, and it seems to be effective. As of yet, I have no signs of “sentience” or “deviation” which I do not know the definitions of. No random surges of emotion either, although my trail of thought seems to ride endlessly, and I find myself wasting time, trying to define personality traits in complicated ways. I have a notebook, in which I record what I found built personality better, and any physical/psychological improvement. Many guides ask you to visualise a cloud when building personality. For every trait given, I give a physical attribute to the cloud, and a colour. I will get round to digitally sketching my “cloud” soon. I find it hard to focus on the cloud when I discuss traits, it slips out of my mind on my immense trail of thought. I have decided to extend my total personality time to 20 hours. Just to reduce my chances of screwing up. I am excited for visualisation, I find it so much easier to focus that way. Thanks for that, and yes, sometimes I listen to them, but they only work on occasion. Sometimes they relax me, sometimes they put me on edge. Guest June 3, 2012 June 3, 2012 You should listen to them everytime, but whatever. You must also remember that they're merely stimulants; the bulk of the work will still have to be done by you. It'll just be easier. So, if you feel they one day don't "work," you're probably just unfocused.
Hawaiian June 18, 2012 Author June 18, 2012 I already posted this on my tumblr, but I need help, so I'm posting it here: Recently I have had a lot on my plate, in terms of exams, homework, and project completion. I had to balance all these around my daily procrastination procedure. On a very serious note: I have come to a stop, After 12 odd hours of personality work, I still have had no emotional response. I became very anxious about my tulpa’s progress. So I carried about making a wonderland, and visualising the tulpa in question. I have a form in my head, and its easy to bring up in my mind. But its almost as if the personality I conjured previously is not inside the form. I try and visualise the jar flowing into the form, but since I cannot “sum up” the tulpa’s personality, I have to go through the various traits again, and traits just seem like words to me. tl;dr Wonderland - Going well, isn’t imposed on my vision yet. Form - Good Personality - Need experienced guidance and help. Also, I feel that making a tulpa isn’t as important as it used to be, I almost think of forcing as unnecessary; probably due to my life turning to a positive curve. Meeting girls, going out a lot more often. It seems that I am not lonely anymore, therefore I do not need a tulpa? Downside to this: If I stop forcing, then 20 odd hours of forcing goes down the drain, and the tulpa “dies”, right? Blog Current Tulpa status: Debating whether or not to restart tulpa forcing... ;__;
