It sounds like your video has two purposes. You want to share information as well as market the tulpa concept. Maybe do two videos. Or even a series. For the informational video I would include more history. I would talk about Pygmalion, the Golem, The Velveteen Rabbit, and of course Pinocchio. Now as far as a definition, I always thought a tulpa was a servitor or egregore that took the form of a human being-like Philip of Toronto fame. But your definition makes it more of a doppelganger, a second self as it were. I would include all three definitions. I have no clue how to do a marketing/advertising video, so I wish you luck with that. Of course the best advertising is a positive experience with the product. I don't see how you do that in a video. But you are on the right track. May I suggest a preview video? Say 60 seconds on Tulpas? And then you could use the feedback from that video to help you craft your longer video(s).

I´m sure we´re only going to need like 200-500k$

I know you said this as a joke, but I proposed this in the thread "Heath Ledger theory". If the person that act in the video is not a good actor, the tulpa might be able to do it.
