Just accept your intrusive thoughts and learn to relax and meditate more.

I've had some problems myself then I stopped giving a fuck and all is better and fun now. If the intrusive thoughts are about your tulpa, talk about them with your tulpa, maybe even let the tulpa know what you expected to have seen or better yet, reinforce that (doing this might be a bit similar to parroting , but it shouldn't matter after a while once it's truly sentient - keeping the tulpa still when it moves can be a form of parroting, but once it's sentient you should be unable to prevent it).

Maybe find some relaxing music to tulpaforce to and remember to take it easy and relax, it'll work eventually if you keep putting your time in it, but don't just keep counting time, just do it and forget about everything else while you're doing it.

Thanks, it feels reassuring to get confident responses from other people.

It does really make me convinced and will improve my focus a lot in the long run while giving me both patience and tranquility.

I must have ended up on the wrong planet. Everything here is so strange.

I asked this twice in chat and didn't get a clear answer. I only just started tulpaforcing a couple days ago, however by planning beforehand it could theoretically be more than that. Anyway, I'm already getting little sharp pains in my head whenever I say something my tulpa would think positivly about (or say yes to). I'm used to making myself believe things and have taken advantage of the placebo effect a couple times before to do things to myself like ease headaches when I didn't have any medicine, so I figure I'd make my tulpa pretty quickly, but this is a little advanced. Do you think it's actually my tulpa replying, just forming using things I think it would like, or am I parroting? To clearify on the second one, I get the pains even with yes/no things like "Do you like that?" and "Should I just shut up?". It isn't 100% though, sometimes I always feel them and sometimes they stop alltogether.

This hot empty painting should be locked and towed.

Do they happen all the time, or just after you force? Do you get them sometimes even when you don't ask a question?

Sometimes I get them passively, on and off. When I do get them after asking questions they aren't a coincidence, in fact they usually feel a bit stronger than when they're just passively happening.

This could just be confirmation bias. You think that you're getting these headaches from the tulpa, so you disregard the headaches that come passively and just pay more attention to the ones that happen after you ask a question. I won't rule out the possibility that it really is the tulpa, though.

Yes, I was thinking that exactly. But yes the headaches in general are certianly the tulpa, I wouldn't rule out the effects of the planning process.

But, still, the headaches do happen when I say things the tulpa (would expectedly in cooperation with the personality) positivly react to. So do you think it is the tulpa trying to talk or just the effects of mini-forcing?

Probably just mini-forcing, unless you're around 18 and your gene for schizophrenia is acting up.

EDIT: I'm kidding, please don't freak out and think you have schizophrenia.

Must be the gene. Nice knowing you, Charlotte.

I'm genuinely concerned, what are the chances that my tulpa will dislike/hate me? Because I'm a really fucked up individual, I'm talking like if my friends knew about the shit I've done/do/think about, they probably would want nothing to do with me. So this scares me because I don't know how a tulpa's perception of me will defer from that of an actual person in regard to tolerance/ acceptance. Has anyone had issues with their tulpa disliking their creator?
