Does anyone here know if thinking about your Tulpa and it's "preferences" in general (without putting all your focus on it and perhaps doing something else) may have effect on it?

It may provide it with a little energy to sustain itself off of at worst. At best you're doing mini forcing.

Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.

Okey! Since I've just began, I'm trying right now to earn the right mindset and filling up wholes for a bigger picture.

Both while meditating and just thinking in general (like sketching a mindmap).

But I do still belive that I have began with the progress to some degree since I have already began to define my tulpa and feel like it is there during the whole progress (often using the terms like you, we, us, ours).

For how long do you guys meditate/focus for each session? Cause I find it hard to keep on for more than 30-40 mins during one time. And therefore try to do it around 3 times each day, but will the result be as good as spending 2 hours at once?

Since according to guides and such, the good state of focus doesn't really seem to come for most people until you are 30 mins in.

Would people mind telling me how they've done it?

Depends on the method used. My method can bring me into full focus at 10 minutes or 30 minutes; it varies on my inertia.

And for how long does it last each time?

10-20 minutes.

I just noticed that I'm having a huge problem with concentraction. Did the concentration exercise in the guide section, and it was impossible for me to only focus on one dot for even five seconds without letting other thoughts interact... I'm not really sure what to do but I just can't seem to only focus my strength on one object and therefore, it seems that I cannot reach a point where I would actually make progress.

Okey, this has really began to bother me a lot! I have unintentionally caused myself to associate everything along the subject of creating my tulpa, with intrusive thoughts, which is the only thing I cannot have on my mind during the sessions.

I'm not sure what to do but it feels like I'm in a war with my own god damn brain. I literally tried to threaten myself by holding a knife towards my legs (Incredibly stupid, I know).

Did anyone else (who have actually succeeded in the end) had the same issue?

I kept imagining my tulpa giving me a blow job while imprisoned in a cage in my mind.

I just told her that that wasn't her and to just disregard those thoughts because I really can't help things like that happening from time to time. They went away after that.
