Advice for someone who sucks at visualisation?

hey everyone :)

I know I'm not really a regular poster on here, but I thought I would actually take this serious now. I really want this (To have a Tulpa). However I suck at visualisation, the only exception is when i'm WILDing for lucid dreams. Yesterday, out of the blue, I thought I would randomly Tulpa forge and I didn't get nothing. I know some people are going to tell me I was just watching my eyelids, but I know that's not true and all I get is darkness. Can you just narrate and still get a tulpa? Also should I try to Tupla forge while I WILD? oh and one last question, is it easier to Tupla forge while you fall asleep?

Yes. Tulpa don't have to have visible form; it can be just voice.

Can you get in this way visible tulpa? I don't think so, but I'm not sure... need to lurk moar.

YES! A lot of people are doing cartoon tulpa. Bronies usually. It may be more difficult to impose 2D creature, but it's possible.

First you need to relax, okay? Are you relaxing? You better be relaxed. Okay, so you're relaxed. Now you need to eat lots of carrots because carrots give your eyes enough psi powers to see the unseen. Then you get some purified sea salt and make a circle around you, this is really important so you don't get possessed by the succubi as you do the next step. Then you squat and push REALLY hard, closing your eyes and all, really straining and grunting and everything. Put your everything behind it, as this is the make it or break it step. Now, open your eyes. You tupper will be standing in front of you and you can see them and stuff. They can also be seen by babies.

Anyway, to actually be constructive;

 

As you have probably already found, there is a guides section, in there is probably an imposition guide. I won't link you to any, you should read through them and find the one you like the best. I can't tell you what will work for you.

As a general rule of thumb, imposition isn't what most people begin with. Almost everyone starts tulpaforcing (we call it forcing here, none of that Dreamviews forging toss) by creating a form in their minds eye and a general "aura".

 

Notice the quotation marks. You know that feel you get from people? You know how they will react to different things and if you know them well enough, you can predict what they will do? Know your tulpa like that. i.e. very well.

Once you have these basics down, then I would advise moving onto imposition, or narration, or possession, etc.

 

There is no set-in-stone sequence of things you have to do in a certain order. You don't even have to do everything that people say are good. Remember that you can't fuck up a tulpa, unless you just straight up stop forcing. Otherwise, you are free to do whatever.

 

So don't measure yourself against other people and wonder what you are doing wrong if you don't match their progress exactly.

 

But you do need to defend yourself against succubi and eat carrots.

But there is big "GUIDES" button on main page. And part of the forum is named "Guides". There is guide for every part of process, even imposition. And imposition covered in every general guide. Please, just read at least one general guide before asking such stuff.
