NeonKnights February 17, 2013 February 17, 2013 I've felt a cold spot like that once before, while projecting my tulpa's presence onto the couch beside me as I read her a book. Interestingly enough, it stopped as soon as I got it across to my brain that my tulpa isn't a ghost. Same thing happened to me after I watched Dusk Maiden of Amnesia (a series about the ghost of a girl) and had my soul destroyed by the last few episodes, but well before I knew about tulpae. I'd feel cold spots around my place whenever I was home- enough to convince me that I was somehow being haunted by the character's spirit for a while, crazy guy that I am. Just one of those funny tricks of the mind, I guess. "You've got to believe to achieve." -Hank Hill
waffles February 17, 2013 February 17, 2013 'Feeling a presence' is typically a good sign of progress. Like when you 'know' where someone is without seeing them, yes? I don't know about "cold spot", but I'd imagine that it's something like what I'm thinking. Anyway, it's probably only 'chilling' because you're not used to it, and you'd do well to build on it.
Sands February 17, 2013 February 17, 2013 If a cold spot means feeling presence or touch or something, then yeah. Isn't exactly cold to me, I'd say. Just either that feeling of someone being there or watching you, or in case of touch it's kinda... Well, like a touch.
