I haven't found any place like this. Mostly I just find places for people to discuss the "likelihood that your tulpa will rebel and murder you" or "omg tulpa secs!"

 

Or my personal favorite are the occult sites that thing creepy pasta is a true life informative website.

 

This is my favorite place to be.

 

Edit: also the other places I've bounced around in tend to border on the "too serious for their own good." I like that the relationships with our tulpa aren't limited here to just another means of spiritual growth. (yes that is one side of it in some cases) but bouncing around forums with a lot of rigid rules about how to do this and that with no humor, humanity or personal discovery sucks to say the least.
