1. A servitor is what Jimmy said.

 

2. You memories are just that. Images and sounds and feelings and that recorded in your head. Some people claim to be able to visit a library to see their memories but really that's just symbolism.

 

3. Memory recall works like it does for you. I really don't get what you are even asking. Tulpas know what you know, nothing more, probably nothing less, even if they let that on.
