Bluecoolman April 3, 2013 April 3, 2013 I've been looking through some guides, and i've gotten an idea on how to do some of the steps. But i have absolutely NO clue where to start, and what order to go in. Could somebody recommend some starting methods? Like, What you did personally to get started?
Weird0 April 3, 2013 April 3, 2013 Visualization is a good way to start. Sit down and imagine your tulpa before your minds eye until you can do so easily into the last detail. They say great science is built on the shoulders of giants - not here. At Tulpa.info we do all our science from scratch; no hand holding.
Guest Anonymous April 3, 2013 April 3, 2013 I read the guides over and over again (every single one), made a few unsuccessful tulpas, and eventually got some that stayed.
fennecfoxx April 3, 2013 April 3, 2013 Simplest way: Imagine yourself talking to your tulpa in the wonderland (a place you imagine in your mind). Deluded myself into believing my imaginary friends were real, then deluded myself into thinking they weren’t. Whatever the case, the OG gang’s still here: Host: fennec (they/them) Tulpas: Alex (he/him) and Kayleigh (she/her) Delete all memories of those who know my awkward past
ragna April 3, 2013 April 3, 2013 I have started first with personality and welcoming ceremony as I call it. I just simply made a list of some traits that I wanted to give him ( about 11 traits, it depend on you ) and then I introduced myself to him, explained to him who is he, how every trait work with him and between them in any situaton (example: you are very communicative but very shy, so you will in ____ situation respond like this ____). On 1st day after ceremony he was "alive", I had that feeling that he is with me. On 3th day I had alredy some little of emotional responses, and on 4th day he said his first word : "Pizza". It depends on what you want to do fist, like if you want to talk to him and/or have some emotional responses than you should start with Personality and Welcoming step (and dont forget to talk to him as much as you can) . If you want to Vysuale him first than focus on Vysualization step. You can find some really good Guides on forum and if you have som troubles than ask here on Q&A section. I recommend you to start with Welcome ceremony first and then decide on what you should do next. This is from my own experience and you shouldnt follow guides perfectly, it is much about your own experience and most important its about believing in your tulpa. Tulpa Name: Jack. Form : Fox Furry ( my avatar ). Age : 16 Birthday : November 6th. Working on : Vysualization, Naration, Wonderland _____________________________________________________ Im sorry for my Engish, It's not perfect, but at least I try.
Mr_Jared April 8, 2013 April 8, 2013 What I did to start Jackie was I read over the guides, took ideas and such from each one that I belived would work for me, and from there I began personality and narration. I chose to not do visuals as I did not have the focus to do such, although now I'm starting to work more with that. Now with 20% more mudkips!
HackofAllTrades April 8, 2013 April 8, 2013 I recommend concentration exercises if you're not comfortable with meditation yet. It took me a while to be able to clear my mind enough to focus as intently as needed. What I went with afterwords was a wonderland creation phase, which lasted about a day or two and jumped right into visualization and personification hand in hand.
corvus April 8, 2013 April 8, 2013 Pretty much the same thing Jimmy did. I started off with personality, but I eventually discovered that only a few of the originally planned traits actually made it into my tulpa. I switched to visualization in both active forcing and just passively visualizing Luna over what I see. Name: Luna (Used to be "Dashie") Birthday: Jan 29, 2013 Form: Rainbow Dash Stage: Imposition/Visualization/Voice
Guest Anonymous April 13, 2013 April 13, 2013 Chose her form in a black void... then I suppose I just narrated about 10 personality traits after listing 30 others. After that got boring, I visualized her in-wonderland and read her Tom fucking Sawyer... so, I suppose my thing is: >Form (if you don't have one yet, that's fine) >Narration (if you don't have personality that's fine too... you can just narrate and let the personality build itself) >Visualization(teaching the tulpa how to move and stuff... comparable to parroting) Keep doing that until vocal (meaning you can hear them) and voila... tulpa. Sure you can go farther than that, but that's just my ideas and what I did. Also, don't sweat anything. It's actually hard to mess up tulpalamas, as I've been told.
