fennecfoxx May 20, 2013 May 20, 2013 I remember that, awhile ago in the tulpa community, one host’s former tulpa was later “reborn” as twin tulpae. I remembered that this morning and thought about the possibility of that happening with Link (who is, unfortunately, no longer with us). What if I allowed Link to basically be reborn as a new tulpa? Of course, the new tulpa would not be Link. He would have his own identity and personality, and he wouldn’t have Link’s memories, but he would be formed from Link’s essence (or spirit or whatever you want to call it). Basically, the old Link would be dead, but his spirit would be reincarnated as a new tulpa. I hope that makes sense. Anyway, the reason I’m posting this now is because I’d like to hear people’s thoughts, advice, suggestions, etc. It’s still just an idea at the moment, which we may or may not go through with (and I’m definitely not doing anything without consulting the other tulpae - especially Sarah, as well as Link’s other tulpae - and discussing this with them first). However, I don’t feel this is something I should be going into without making sure I really know what I’m doing, which is why I’d like to get all the advice and knowledge about this that I can get before I actually do anything. The new tulpa wouldn't be a replacement, of course, but... this just feels right, I guess. I don't exactly understand how you managed to kill your tulpa, but maybe you could explain it to me and I could give a few bits of advice. I didn't kill him. He killed himself.
