At least i can still visualise her pretty good and i was narrating sometimes when i remembered :(.What should i do should i tulpaforce for longer now ..I already apologised to her i hope she understands. :(
Flexionsensor July 2, 2013 July 2, 2013 If you made any legit progress, than you should know by merely reading this forum that no matter how hard you try, you can't ACTUALLY kill a tulpa. You should force as much as possible; whenever you can. If it helps, narrate apologies even more. The more narration you do, the better it is. "DUDE! That's wrong! You don't do that! That's like giving a kid a knife and telling him that it's a neck massager!" Shameless self promotion!

Hornets July 5, 2013 July 5, 2013 I abandoned my tulpa for like 2 months. After I started talking to her again, she began to respond more. Just keep forcing and eventually you'll have a stronger relationship with your tulpa again.
