TulpaCouple August 5, 2013 August 5, 2013 Side effects, do you mean headaches? Yes, especially since a lot of these headaches are just due to your mind not being used to focusing quite so seriously for so long. I will occasionally get head pressures during imposition or after a long forcing session(Or if one of my tulpas is really, really excited about something) but as far as headpressures and stuff go yeah they get easier over time. Of course if you have no more headaches from forcing and go on to make a second, you might get headaches again--you are focusing on making a second tulpa and doing all that tough mental work again after all. Then again some people never experience a single forcing headache!
Linkzelda August 5, 2013 August 5, 2013 6. Do the side effects of Tulpaforcing become easier to deal with over time? Furthermore, will the effects increase if I make more Tulpae? Here's the thing with the conscious and unconscious mind, in the initial attempts with tulpaforcing, things feel inconsistent and out of place, even so sporadic that it's too exhausting for us to do. However, in order for the unconscious mind to make things easier (and thus incorporate its ability to go on auto-pilot), we have to continually practice "tulpaforcing" or whatever you want it to be. It's making neurological connections even without you knowing about it, and because you have a conscious endeavor of working things out with your tulpa, your unconscious mind is going to utilize the vast resources that you aren't able to fathom all at once consciously in order to get the desired effect (visualizing your tulpa, hearing their voices etc.) So it's not about "side effects" of tulpaforcing or worrying if they'll increase or get worse with practice, and although right now the tulpa phenomenon is based on anecdotal evidence, it's safe to presume that what we DO know about the unconscious and conscious mind, the rudiments behind practicing tulpaforcing and other things is just one of many things that can be easier to conceptualize with practice. Generally, the "side effects" or just the effects in general varies from person to person (because of genetic, biological, psychological, and many other factors). So it's hard to give an absolute measure on this, but just know the mind is capable of doing more things at a faster rate when we train ourselves. So in short, yes, they can be easier to deal with over time. And as for making more tulpa, I would presume that once the mind has made psychological and other types of predispositions in making one tulpa, it can have an easier time creating another. Of course, the actual experiential totality we have (knowledge base) and so many other factors probably were able to make models of realities of what it would be like to have more tulpa, so it almost feels inevitable that if the host wants to make a tulpa, it will become easier to do and is more straightforward. Kinda a newbie here, Alexis is sentient though, that helps... I have found that it becomes far easier as you go along, untill you reach a different part of tulpaforcing, like imposition, or visualisation... *take with a grain of salt, not the best tulpamancer ;D* There are 10 kinds of people on earth, those who understand binary and those who do not.
