Guest June 16, 2012 June 16, 2012 It's a little distant future, but as soon as brain-computer interfaces are complete and reliable we all can let our tulpas enjoy direct interaction with outer world. I hope so. Also boards exclusively for tulpas, tulpawikis, websites for tulpas to gather and discuss their owners. Omygod, I read too much fiction. But just imagine that your tulpa can control through this interface some robotic personification! Here goes happy cupcake baking with your tulpa. Anyway, Im glad so many of you answered here. This century seems to be alot of fun for humans.

I can just picture it: make a split-screen interface for a game like CSS or any other FPS and have your tulpa control the right screen player via input from a sensor of some kind. Someday...
Spoons June 16, 2012 June 16, 2012 If it was split screen then you could have like one eye being possessed...? Can you even do that? Tulpa name: Liz Some traits: Confident, Open-Minded, Motivated Progress: Working on Visualization Sentience: Rare pressure responses My progress with Liz.
Guest June 16, 2012 June 16, 2012 Just wow. Now I know what happened to Derpy. Back to the topic. I think yes, it is possible to possess only one eye. With some software tuning and pedals playing fast-paced games together seems possible even today. But I don't know if I want myself to go to such extremes. I saw one guy with no hands (palms) playing fightings on console like a god. Now that I remebered him, its the same as if pony tryed playing xbox with hoofs. Humans are capable of great things. Brain-computer interface provides direct input/output of data, no need to use your eyes at all.
Guest June 16, 2012 June 16, 2012 I was actually referring to the act of subconsciously analyzing both screens. Glitch basically did that in his video, so who says it can't be done in an FPS, for example?
